If I could give this store zero stars, I would. My girlfriend bought me a blanket from this store and literally the fabric was all over the place as far as the lint it gives off. Now mind you the blanket was not washed so there was no excuse for so much lint. She bought the blanket on Thursday December 17, 2015 and we took it back to the store on Sunday, December 20, 2015. When we arrived at the store, after a few minutes of being at the counter someone helped us. When we explained what had happened with the receipt and in the original packaging, the guy that helped us said it was weird that it would do that and got the "MANAGER." named "MIKE" We explained again what happened and showed him the blanket. He was so rude and said to call the manufacturer and that he was not going to take the blanket back. I was livid. How the hell do you sell a faulty product and then not stand by it. What an ass. Then I simply ask for the number of the owner of the store and the owners name. He writes it on a piece of paper. As Im looking at it, the owners name is "MIKE" so I ask the last name and he gives it to me. I then say oh the owners name is Mike just like yours, he says yes. So when I asked for the Manager Mikes last name, he pointed to the same last name as the owner. OH so come to find out the so called manager is actually the owner of this sorry ass store. When I called him out for lying about who he was, he started yelling at me and that if I want to take him to court then fine. Then tells me his 70 year old mother is the owner and its a family business. This guy has HORRIBLE customer service and I will never buy anything from this store again. I have never been yelled at by a manager at a store let alone the so called owner. This place is a disgrace and is in no interested in keeping their customers happy at all. Any good owner would take the product back, give a refund and then contact the manufacturer to let them know that there was a defective product. I hope this place goes out of business very soon. I will also be putting a review on the BBB website for this company.
