I placed an order with this company for 11 bat bags for my daughters softball team. I asked for a quote which I received via email. The quote had the correct name of the bat bags that I ordered and a total price. We got team sponsors to sponsor us for the purchase of the bat bags and placed the order. The paid invoice had the correct name of the bags that I ordered and was received via email as well. When our order came via UPS this afternoon it had the wrong style bag. I called immediately to inform Lori that I had not received the correct bags. Lori saw that she had made a key punching error in the item number that was 1 character different from the correct order. The name of what I ordered was correct but the item number was wrong the entire time. Even when she knew she had made a mistake she still refused to send the correct bags at no extra charge as a courtesy. She informed me that the bags we wanted are actually $20/each more than what she incorrectly quoted me for so she would allow us to return the incorrect order but if we wanted the actual bags that we thought we had ordered and already paid for we would need to come up with an additional $220! These bags were sponsored by a kind hearted business. I showed proof of Loris mistake in all of the emails and she still would not fix it. Her boss, the supposed owner, was no help at all either leaving me high and dry knowing full well they were in the wrong. They offered to send a free shipping label so I can return the bags but refuse to fulfill my order correctly. The irony of it all is that on the company website they state that, "We want to earn your trust and repeat business..." They continue with, "We also strive to ship each order quickly and accurately..." In my opinion, this company does not stay true to their promise of customer service, they are unethical, refuse to admit their mistakes and make right what they have wronged. Do yourself a favor and find a business that is trusted and recommended by a friend or professional and let this company fall on its own sword.

I was shopping for a specific EZ Up canopy. Laurie at SFG could not find it in their inventory; however, she used her professional contacts to find it for me elsewhere at a good price.When the package arrived and I discovered a broken zipper on the bag, one call to Laurie and she immediately took care of ordering a replacement. She represents the highest quality in customer service, and in my opinion, gives the company an excellent reputation.
