This florist sends beautiful flowers.....just be sure you are VERY clear on what you order. The rating above reflects the SERVICE. I ordered an arragement for a friend who had never recieved flowers and precisely ordered a square vase. I also stated what i wanted the arrangement to look like. I originally did not want to spend a lot of money and asked could a similar arrangement be put together with the vase i requested. The owner stated that the square vase was more expensive, so I asked him to go ahead, that I still wanted that particular vase. The arrangement my friend recieved was totally different than what I asked for and it arrived in an hour glass shaped ROUND vase. I could understand better if the flowers werent what I wanted but I stressed several times what vase I wanted. The next morning I sent a fax with a letter stating what happened and pictures of both arrangements attached. The OWNER of the florist called back and said he was trying to save me money and the arrangement he sent was larger than what I ordered. He stated that he went ahead and sent the cheaper arrangement. I appreciate his help, but that isnt what I asked for. When I told him I was disappointed, he offered to take the arrangement that was sent back, and charge me the difference to send the correct arrangement. I told him my debit card was charged the price he quoted me for the arrangement i wanted. He then stated that there was an eight dollar delivery fee, but he said nothing about a delivery fee on the day I ordered it. This just does not seem like good business to me. Especially, since he admitted that HE misunderstood what I said. Im still not quite sure how the vase was a misunderstanding, I said it three or four times. Regardless, my friend got the wrong arrangement and the owner did not offer to make it right without charging ME???? I guess next time I should send a picture of what I want so there is no confusion. 6/27/08 I called again and asked to bring the flowers back for a refund. The owner said he would not give a refund but he would put the flowers he sent in a square vase if i would bring it down there.....just glad its only a mile away. This is better customer service........:)
