Horrible customer service , I walked in with my mother and spoke to a guy that seems to speak Spanish. We told him good morning politely in Spanish and he told us "well first of all, goodmorning" in English. We asked him if he didnt speak Spanish and he said no. I decided to translate. He tried helping us out but then the phone rang and he decided to answer the call and he forgot about us completely. The other guy came over and helped us out, same thing..he didnt speak Spanish. Everything he was saying was over charged. When we left they started speaking Spanish to each other as if we didnt understand. Terrible customer service. Dont come here.

Horrible SERVICE location.. Couldnt tell if they were like that because of the demographics or what. Open the store tardy. Customers waiting for them to open, they cannot acknowledge or apologize. make sure you check your plan.. Although they are connected to the Carriers system "Supposedly" they didnt see that i had insurance and charged me a 30% stocking fee for having the phone for 1.5 day. Asking for a manager or owner doesnt phase them because they have the same work ethic... HORRIBLE... Customer are not right, NOR are they respected... NEVER AGAIN!!

Service sucks, but it is a subjective opinion. Consider this objective fact. If you buy something and do not open it and in 5 minutes you realize you bought the wrong item and offer to return, they will not return it. No respectable store has such policy. Stay away from this place. Amazon and Ebay can give all what these people offer, at better price, with return option, tax free and more often than not with free delivery. Also, your cell provider will charge a few more bucks, but you can always return

This was a terrible store from the start the customer service was poor they sold a broken phone that worked for only two days be careful this guy is selling broken phones and when you go back to try to fix he wont he will even try to charge you extra super violent and vulgar we walked out and left to the other wireless on west dixie and they helped they seemed to be on drugs it was a scary experience!!

Love this place! The staff was extremely friendly and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions. Fixed my iPhone 6 Plus in 20 minutes literally! I highly recommend this location. I recommend speaking to Tariq when coming here, this guy knows what hes talking about. The store is full of good phones and cool accessories so Im sure you will find what you need!

Employees are trained to suck your on The are far away from Knolegable . they swipe your card , which no advice . I know this is too low to compare to Apple Store , but advising you just go there for pay your bills otherwise ... Be carefull , They dont care Pd enjoy my 20 Bucks suckers.

there is a very good reason why most of these locations are permanently closed. it is not even worth it to write a review about their customer prevention department. I urge you to walk into the store, and ask them about their phone plans or the refund policy. It is quite the experience!

Never go to this Wireless Toys Everything there is broken!! The Manager with the huge light bulb head knows NOTHING ABOUT PHONES and he will make your day HELL because he has a minimum wage job! The worst customer service EVER!! The one on 135th street is way better!!

The worst place ever, stay far away it all about money. I purchased an item and I try to exchange the next day they wanted a 50% restocking fee. Now I see why 9/10 theyre empty , this business needs to be closed for good. Smh worst customer service ever !!!
