I took my computer into this store initially to get fixed and while they were analyzing it the female clerk asked me if I would like to buy a screen saver. Before I could answer she tried to take my phone out of its case and in doing so pulled on the phone really hard, damaging my iPhone. The casing is now split open. When I told to the store manager that his clerk damaged my phone he denied it and wanted to charge me $35 to repair the phone. We said no and he said he was done with us he would not help us and we should go. This store is worse then bad. Stay away!

The new owner is horrible! She is by far the worst business owner. I have been there a few times, and every time i say this is my last. The accessory selection is not as good as it used to be. I will never return to this location, even if its my last resort!
