Its a scam. This store repaired took 417 Dollars and fixed my phone like toddlers using glue in kindergarden. I returned minutes after realizing this, they re-glued it and kept it during the night. Next day i went to get my phone and although it was properly glued they were glue marks in the inside and in the corners. I returned happy with my now fixed S7 edge back to argentina. A couple weeks after this i realized a pink line appeared on the screen, so i sent videos and pictures of the screen to the employees of the store telling them i would return in 2 months (Before the warranty expired) and they told me that when i would return they would get it fixed. So i returned to the store about 6 times and every time they would postpone it. The last time i came they told me they didnt want to fix it because the screen had bumps and scratches when they actually were the glue marks THEY left. So im sitting here with a phone that is full of pink and green lines and has almost no screen, imagine how hard was to write this review having to guess where the letters are! The manager wont provide a solution. I never got my screen replaced or my money back.

The service is very bad there. They lied to me about a phone I purchased, then they invented different stories to try to explain why its not working, they offer to change it as they dont allow returns and refunds. As of today they still havent changed the phone and everyday they keep giving me a different story. No one is responsible, they keep saying they dont know who said this or that or they have never said this or that...they even sold me a screen protector that "is compatible" with the phone I purchased. I asked the guy named Max and he said: "dont worry about the image on the package, i sell those everyday and It fits"...Total lie, it doesnt fit, its not even made for the phone, yet no refund, no exchange...They excel in lying, so be aware or simply dont go there...and you can also find better price anywhere else

I would give them zero stars if i could. I took my daughters Ipad for screen replacement. There was a crack on the glass nothing major other than that ipad was in great condition. First they collected money from me up front 107$ before they changed the glass which is already weird. Lady was rude from the start like she was doing me the favor. I needed this fixed quick since my kids were traveling so i said fine and left ipad for repair. When i got my ipad back all 4 corners of the aluminum frame were completely bent like they were opened with screw driver. After a argument boss lady told me thats how you repair the ipad and technician (a joke) said thats how the ipad was when i brought it. This people are thiefs and liars.

Buscaba quien desbloqueara mi IPhone 5 comprado por amazon de la compania Sprint y despues de muuuuchas vueltas, visitar muchas tiendas Sprint incluso una Apple encontre la tienda Phone Techs. Fui atendida por Luis quien me solucino el problema en dos minutos, me lleno de consejos y asesorias. Me siento muy agradecida y por esto lo recomiendo.

Despues de buscar una empresa que se encargara de conseguirme la pantalla para mi moto x infructuosamente, consegui a la gente de Phone-Techs, que ademas de conseguirme la pantalla y hacer el arreglo en tiempo record, me dieron un buen precio y una atencion VIP. Scam Scam Scam Este lugar es una estafa total. No hagan nada ahi. Pague mas de 400 dolares por la reparacion de una pantalla de S7 y al mes ya estaba defectuosa. El manager Fernando es un estafador y no se quiere hacer cargo a pesar de que los empleados me dieron la razon.

Worst place to deal with. I paid to have my phone screen fixed and the screen popped out. They "couldnt find me in the system". When I offered to show them my credit card receipt they said that was not good enough. Then they refused to just glue the screen back and tried to sell me a new screen for full price. I called the Cell Phone Repair store by my house and they offered to pop it back into place at no charge. I would suggest calling any other store for issues with fixing iPhones. They offered a warranty but never honored it.

Last night I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and called Phone-techs this morning, the lady was very friendly on the phone and told me itll be repaired 30 min, very fast service indeed. Im leaving this location with a working phone and they also gave me a warranty in case something goes wrong with the screen and can always come back if anything. The warranty makes up for it because the prices were fair to me. The people are friendly compared to other places Ive been too so I highly recommend this place! Excellent!

I cannot describe how thankful I am with Phonetechs , My phone is part of my everyday. I dropped my phone in the rain and ran into this place, I felt I was going to lose all my information , as soon as I got there the lady explained that they always have customers with same situation, they did my backup just in case it dies again because of the water damage. The lady was very professional and took care of me in a very kind way. A good place to shop . Thank you guys you are the best. A plus rating.

My experience at Phone-Techs was wonderful! My screen cracked and they were helpful, quick, and efficient. In under 20 minutes and for a reasonable fee my phone was in perfect working condition. The store is well stocked with the latest in iPhone (and other smartphone) accessories. It is a one stop shop for all of you smartphone needs. The workers were helpful and did a great job. While I am hopeful not to break my phone again- if (when) I do I will definitely be back and will refer friends.
