If I could give this place a 0, I would. Joel the manager has the WORST customer service. I went in there to jump into another phone. Since I wanted to jump into a cheaper phone he would not allow it and said I had to go to another store.I was in there over an hour trying to get them to jump my phone. I have jump on demand which means I can jump anytime and the last time I jumped was 6 months ago, so I was more than eligible. He would not allow his to workers to help me. I called customer service while I was in there and they asked to speak to him and he looked at me and told me that they are not his boss. He told me he is not going to help me and I would have to go to another store if I want to do anything on my account. The only reason he didnt want help me is because he didnt want to lose money for his store by giving me a cheaper phone. I went to another T-Mobile and they apologized for his awful behavior and told me the reason he is that way is because that he owns the franchise and its not part of T-Mobile corporate. NEVER GO HERE!! IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO TO THE T-MOBILE ON UNIVERSITY AND OAKLAND. They had me in and out in ten minutes with no issues.

Worst customer service by a store manager. JOEL the store manager has zero customer service. While I spoke to him he was chewing gum. He clearly has not been trained properly with the new T-mobile rules. I had to wait for 1 hour until he verified on a group chat whether if i could get my new phone. He doesnt represent T-mobile values. Due to his behavior people turn to a different company. Futhermore, while I made my argument on the information received previously by phone customer service, another associate (joel) was laughing at me. Whether I was right or wrong, they shouldnt behave this way. I would not be coming to this store and do yourself a favor go to another store or even better go to another company. How people like him become a manager. Clearly T-mobile reputation is going down.

Joel is GREAT! I went to his store with a problem and he resolved it within 15 minutes. Incredible.... His store is completely out of my way, but i will drive down when i have any problems because i get the BEST customer service ever. I have gone to other T-Mobile stores, and by far...his is the best. I have completely revamped by plan and he is saving me $50 a month - that is HUGE. I have recommend his store to everyone i know who has T-Mobile.

The store manager Joel and the other female associate were really friendly and very helpful with my questions about different services. He patintly and clearly answered anything I was unsure about and was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel like the experience I had there today needed to be put here for anyone else looking for T-Mobile stores in the area. Go to this one.

The best. I cant believe anyone could claim a bad experience here with Joel. Must be competitors... Joel and his wife are top notch, nice folks who totally go the extra yard to help you get the best deal. I originally went into their store because I wanted T-Mobil, now I go there because of Joel, and will continue to do so. Count me as a very happy customer!

The owners are Very polite, knowledgeable and it feels more of a family style store than commercial owned. In Reply to the lady review with the one star saying not to go there. I was actually there her story is False...She was actually attempting to scam the store.
