I originally sent 2 requests to 2 different repair stores to find out what the cost would be to repair the charging port of my LG phone. Mike at Mobile Phone Mechanix responded within a few hours with the price and the time frame it would take for the repair. We even exchanged a few more emails about the details. I have to say they are great people who care about their customer. The other ( you can easily figure out who they are) sent me an auto response that they received my query 3 days later but even now 7 days later never responded directly to me on the request. Wow, while I was not happy to be without my phone for a week, I understood that the phone needed to be sent out for this particular repair. The phone was returned to me in perfect working order , undamaged and at the price that was quoted. I highly recommend them.

I dropped my Iphone 6 plus and shattered the screen pretty bad, to the point I couldnt use it at all. Normally I would just order a Screen and replace it my self but I needed to be able to use the phone, This was the only place I could find to replace the screen. Not only did they Charge me $150 to replace a screen that only cost $40 bucks. But they installed it wrong. When I took it back to have it corrected the girl accused me of dropping it again. On top of that that take entirely to long. Had to leave the phone and come back hours later. Should have taken less then 15 minutes to remove two screws, pop the screen out and install the new one.

Awesome, knowledgeable staff was able to fix my phone that I clumsily dropped into a toilet. After going to AT&T to see my options and learning a new one would cost me $400-500, I was at a loss. So glad I went to these guys (located in the old George K Walker building on Stratford Road) who not only fixed my phone but it only took her an hour and a half (if that) to fix it. Saved me hundreds of dollars too. :-) Doesnt hurt that theres an amazing sushi and hibachi restaurant right next door with wifi. Thanks again!

The customer service, price and repair that I received yesterday was unbeatable. After hearing from 3 places that they couldnt fix my daughters phone, Mandy assured me that they could help us and be more affordable. She fixed a bent and broken phone making it a priority to fix before my daughter left town for 4 days. This was the best customer service I have received from a retailer in a very long time. Mike saved me over $500 from having to purchase a new smartphone. I took my phone to another repair shop and they told me they wouldnt even look at it given its condition. I then went to my providers store and they told me it was beyond repair. By chance I found MPM and Mike was more than confident that he could fix it--it was bent, screen shattered, and wouldnt turn on. He fixed it within an hour and restored it to near mint condition. Professional Service with the best price. My iPhone battery started to die and rather than panicking and buying the next upgrade, I looked into replacing the battery. Going to Apple in Greensboro was going to cost me almost $100, and the other local repair places were nearly as expensive. Mobile Phone Mechanix replaced my battery in a half an hour for basically half the price, and now my phone is good as new. Im so grateful for this local company and I will be returning next time I need them.

Mobile Mechanix is a highly trustworthy business with wonderful customer service. My wife and I had broken iPads within one week of each other (ouch!). Upon calling Mandy, she gave me a reasonable price, and they fixed our devices quickly. About 2 months later, part of my new screen failed due to a defect (a rare thing) and Mobile Mechanix stood by their warranty... They got me going the same day for free! I couldnt recommend a business any higher than Mobile Mechanix.

Mandy and Mike were really friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I went in to the shop with a screen shattered into 4 dozen little pieces and walked out with a screen looking as good as the day I bought it, and so quick! Really recommend. The ONLY downside to this business is its difficult to turn left out of the parking lot! Ill return here with all my broken devices, maybe even some old ones.

Cant beat finding professionals that are not only extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of the phone but also have the skill to explain things in laymans terms. About two months ago, I brought in my iPhone 5c for screen repair, and though the boy was very nice, Ive had issues with the screen ever since, and today it is actually popping out of the shell. It was incorrectly installed and this is an issue. I did not pay $95 for a faulty product.

Professional, friendly & quick to fix a problem! My phone wouldnt charge, I thought my port was bad, so I expected to have to wait & spend a lot of money. Not only did they fix it in 10 minutes, the cost was less than a meal at a fast food restaurant!!!
