I received an email with a special offer so I went in the store to see what theyre offering (Im a current customer looking to upgrade). I was attended by someone named Michael who was the most basic salesman I couldve possibly met, and Im saying that as a seasoned salesman and customer service rep myself. He immediately started trying to upsell me like I knew absolutely nothing, and when I asked him about the promotion in the email (that I had received the same day), he basically asked me to leave. He said I should just buy everything online and that there was nothing he could do to help. I figured Id see just how bad he was, so I decided to pick his brain about the different plans being offered and he literally lied to get me out of the store. I was so upset that I spent an hour in the parking lot researching different companies, but nobody touches Verizons product. This location will never get my business and I recommend anybody reading this to make the short drive to one of the other countless Verizon stores. Dont waste your time coming here.

En este verizon no te atienden adecuadamente y no te soluciinan ningun problema lo unico que les implrta es vender telefonos para cojer comicion pero no te ayudar a solucionar el problema llevo con mi telefono 1 año y 3 meses y es un plan familiar de 4 telefonos comprados el mismo dia y todos han presentado inconvenientes y ellos no ayudan solucionarlo y del trato ni hablar tu explicando lo que le sucede al telefono y hasta cantando c ponen

This location is like a Verizon flagship store. They hire capable employees and hold them to higher customer service standards than I have seen from other verizon stores. Inside, the store is full of functioning floor models of most of the available phones, including high, middle, and low-end phones. The store is also very spacious with a vaiety of comfortable seating so that whoever isnt buying a phone can wait comfortably as long as necessary. I tend not to buy accessories from these stores as they are overpriced, but they did have plenty of accessory options available on display as well for those who do.

I just purchased an LG-4 from this store and I could not be more pleased with the transaction. Jack was our sales person - extremely knowledgable and helpful. This is store has integrity and is the place to purchase a phone if you have Verizon - I highly recommend!

Dont go to this store. You get ignored if you are there for a fix or accessories. They treAt common questions or inquires like they were bullets.
