One star is too much even put for this place!!! They are terrible and very unprofessional. Ive left multiple phones and computers with them to fix and everytime I go back they want me to pay more for something else. its like they purposely damage my things so they can get more money. At first it wasnt a huge deal because I believed them but then after a while i realize, the same thing keeps happening. Money doesnt grow on trees !! The owner and his wannabes always have some thing slick to say when you try to explain to them the situation. There are so many phone places around and this ONE should be out of buisness!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

The owner is absolutely horrible and sarcastic. Dont waste your time! He mentioned a warranty prior to my repair and once I paid, I noticed that the receipt stated it was for 7 days only. When I asked him about it he said that I acted as if I had a $3,000 job! Also, if youre going there with a Groupon, they want you to pay directly because they say that the Groupon takes a lot from them! I wish there was a ZERO stars option! Take your business elsewhere!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! Customer service sucks, the work being done on your phone sucks, the owner sucks! I was extremely uncomfortable. I was told by the owner to have a seat because apparently I was making him feel uncomfortable by standing up. Mind you, I am a 122 lb nineteen year old girl. How much of a threat can I really be do a grown man? I will never return there again and I will make sure to warn anybody from going there!

Reasonable prices, the staff is nice, quality work. They have been really busy with repairs each time Ive been there, so their estimates of how long it takes to fix might be a little off. However, sit in their waiting area long enough, and you can see they treat customers with respect, and will pass on opportunities to waste a persons time and money on something they wont be able to fix for a reasonable price.

This store is great. Komail is very knowledgeable about computer repair. I have been coming to this store for two years and have received great service on computer issues. I bought a lap top computer for a great price. I recommend you give them a try before calling the number you get from your computer when you supposedly have a virus or spam problem.

Good service, but they dont warranty the repairs more than a few days and if doesnt work in 2 or 3 weeks, Then they tell you youre out of luck
