There is a simple reason why all of these reviews are five stars- they offer a 10% discount on the quoted price to leave a five star review. I dropped my phone off to get my screen fixed. I was told that it would be done in thirty minutes, and that the technician could "fix screens in her sleep." When I returned, forty minutes later, I was greeted with news that my charging port was no longer working. After the "manager" showed up, I was told that they needed to buy a new charging port, and that it would take more time. This wasnt a problem. However, after returning later (it had now been two hours total), the "manager" started to treat me very disrespectfully, accusing me of stealing trade secrets by hanging around their Kiosk. In reality, I wanted to watch them work simply to make sure they did not further damage my phone. The situation was resolved this way: they gave me new screen for free, but in the process broke my charging port and caved in my home button, breaking the Touch ID. Take caution before going to this place; the online reviews are simply a product of their discount offer.

My experience with this place was horrible. Sure everyone is friendly- until you have a problem with your phone. Then, the fake smiles disappear. Manager Josh replaced the screen to my iPhone 5s and managed to break the phone. It will not charge. They replaced the battery, however that took 3 weeks as they were "waiting" for a shipment to come in. Trying to be productive, I took in an iPhone 5 and asked if the batteries could be switched out to see if that would fix the issue. The employee I worked with at that time kept my iPhone 5 and since then has been fired. Manager Josh refused to give me a refund for the screen. I spoke with District Manager Lauren about my experience- her resolution was to give me a refund for the screen, however I have to take the phone back to them so they can take back their screen and battery. At this point, Im out of $138 for the screen replacement, the iPhone 5s still does not work, and my iPhone 5 was stolen by one of their employees. Save yourself the trouble. Do not get your phone "fixed" here.

I would give you a negative zero if I could. Poor customer service. Please teach your employees to provide good customer service. I waited for 15 minutes, the bastard employee didnt even look at me, acknowledge me or whatever. How hard is it to say, "I will be with you in just a minute", I dont mind waiting, but this guy didnt even acknowledge me. Please go fry a burger or something. Find a job where you dont have to deal with people, because you suck. You have no manners. You will not go further in life not knowing how to provide good quality service. Yes, this is the guy who was wearing all black today, with some stupid black piercings. Your face is just as ugly as your personality and work ethics.

my experience at this mediocre establishment was a nightmare. Josh the manager was very unprofessional and wouldnt even look me in the eye while desperately trying to come up with excuses as to why my phone doesnt work at all now. all i wanted was a simple screen replaced and now my phone wont hold a charge and the home button doesnt work. thanks josh! oh and by the way who did your tattoos?? maybe you should write a review on what a crappy job THEY did :)

Josh and Ricky fixed two phones for me and did a great job. They were very respectful and approachable. One of the phones had been repaired at a different location and they had to correct work previously done. They did not charge extra and still got the job done in less than 30 minutes
