This review doesnt even deserve 1 star. They "replaced" my iPhone 6s screen because it was cracked. They have a sign in their window and all that says that they fix screens so i figured why not. I was going out of town for a trip and I didnt want to have a cracked screen. I paid $250 to have it replaced which is normal because thats how much Apple and You Break I Fix wanted. They fixed it and at first it was fine. 5 DAYS LATER, the screen started messing up. It would randomly get crazy lines on it and then the screen would go black and wouldnt come back on. I took it to Apple when i got back from my trip about 2 weeks after I got it fixed and they told me that the screen that they installed had a bad digitizer and thats why the screen was doing that. They showed me a brand new screen and they put it next to the screen that Bulbs Plus Batteries installed and you could totally tell that the screen they sold me was bad. THUMBS DOWN ALL THE WAY

Great experience with this store with a warranty claim. Batteries plus batteries may be more expensive than some batteries but their product are good quality--and if they fail, they replace them for you! Its really worth it. I got a battery just under a year ago from another Batteries Plus. But it stopped retaining a full charge so that my phone was dying while reading around 45-55%. Took it in at this store, and they swapped it out for me. They were super helpful. Didnt need my receipt either. They just looked up the store I bought the original battery from and called them up to confirm my purchase from their system. Super helpful! Totally recommend Batteries Plus for their great warranty.

Needed a new battery for my old Samsung Note 3. Went on line ordered the battery, got 10% off and was able to run in and quickly pick them up. Now, I am back to 1 charge a day! Use the 10% online order then pickup at the store. My Samsung Note 4 battery was acting up. Got my battery replaced AND they had a glass screen protector for my 2-yr old phone. Dang, my baby is looking all new & acting speedy! Thanks guys! D. Hall

UPS batteries were ready for pickup in minutes after ordering on-line. Batteries were as described and are now working in my UPS. Store clerk was very helpful with suggestions concerning my previous early battery failure.
