I had the pleasure visiting the Davie Cricket location where I met Paola, the store manager. She was just a delight and informative while activating service. A friend had refer me to check that Cricket location and see their offers. And I completely agree that it was worth leaving Sprint. I would highly recommend joining cricket and if youre nearby the Davie location on university drive the manager there is great

Went into this store nestled deep within the plaza to find a bright and alluring store. The salespeople were great, specifically Sean. He was able to help me get a new phone for my daughter and allowed her to be completely involved in the decision process while explaining various options available to her, including her choice of a case in the color she wanted. Great store and great staff!

I have my service through a different company. But was having some issues with my phones functions. The manager went out of his way to correct the issues. I had an extremely pleasant experience there. When my contract expires Im switching to them. I also recommended a friend there who bought the whole bunch of phones there because of the low cost and price. Thanks Sheraz.

They tried to sell me a used cellphone for full price. When demanded my refund, they could not refund my debit card in cash, so I had to wait 7 days to get my money back from bank. They owner refused to refund my money and rudely hung me up when talking on the phone with him. I will never go back to this Cricket store. POOR Management and customer service!!!

Paola was awesome- off the chart - amazing customer service skills. Wouldnt go to another store. Melissa was also helpful and patient. Would recommend everyone to come over to this location > you wont regret it!!!!! Its is over 5 stars - would give it 15 !
