I was dealing with the Miami Gardens branch for a month and I will never be back. My screen cracked and I sent it to them for it to be fixed and they advised that I needed to come back to pick it up the next day. When I came back 24 hours later, the phone wasnt ready, they wanted to give me an Android loaner which I complied but a tech came out with a flip phone and told me that I had to put it up with who I spoke to about getting me the right phone. The second tech advised he would put a loaner on the phone and I couldnt come back until 48 hours later to fix the phone. In the midst of everything, the phone began to malfunction where it couldnt be determined if it were the LCD or the battery that was shutting my phone off with a high battery percentage. Then when I went on site, the techs werent available to come in for hours, it was a disaster. Id rather pay what my phone is worth repairing (iPhone 6S Plus btw), before ever going back here again.

Worst place ever dont take your phone here... The first repair took 3weeks then when i got my phone back it had problems that it didnt originally have... They said they were not responsible for the repairs... So I left my phone with them a second time (thinking they would fix the problem they caused) and after another week i had to call them for them to do their job!!! What a joke!!! Even after i got my phone back my phone still had issues and even after a misdiagnosis they still refused responsiblity and would not issue a refund.... Dont waste your time with this place

My girlfriend took her phone in for a 1 hr simple cracked screen replacement. It has been 6 days and she is still phoneless. 4 cellfix was never able to do the work they promised. They strung her along for days with we will get right back to you, let me check and calk you right back/yet never returning the call, to avoiding her calls and never responding to her endless messages. The 4 CellFix located in Miami Gardens conducts thier business unethically and with no courtesy to thier customers. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Brittany and Bobby(da Tech) provided great customer service the moment I walked in with my phone until the next day I came back to pick it up. Service was given with a smile and I would refer anyone here who needs their phone repaired. The cist was cheaper than other phone repair places I went to prior to coming here. Thx guys for your great service!

Professional, Went in the morning got my phone fixed the same day. Excellent customer service. Quick service. Even got free wifi since I chose tonwait to get it fixed. I was treated as a valued customer. They SAVED my life. The price was a little heavy for me for the fix but it was a samsung s6. I would recommend anyone there.

Showed Mr. Bobby my phone, and asked if he can fix it, he said sure. He gave the same price I was told when I called a week ago. Excellent customer service. Will come again every time I have a situation with my phone, and will tell everyone else about them, and their customer service.

do NOT EVER BRING YOUR PHONE HERE THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR PHONE AND TELL YOU YOU CANT FIX IT . There screens are very cheap they will have your phone end up worse . The only reason you see positive reviews is because they give a discount for writing one ITS A MONEY MAKING SCAM !
