I rarely post a review but I was so upset at how I got treated at this location that I just need to. I came in because I wanted to add a phone to my account, the day before I had stopped by and asked about it so I decided to stop by wishing my lunch hour to get. I arrive and wait 30 min just to start the process, which is understandable as it was a bit busy. The gentleman in charge of distributing the customers knew I was next but because the customer after me was complaining hes been waiting a while, so he decided to skip me and make me wait longer. I work with customers as well and can somewhat relate, so even it was wrong of his part I understood and didnt make such a big fuzz about it. Finally with the rep whos taking care of me, theres a customer that is allowed to jump the entire line and also an additional rep interrupts the lady thats taking care of me to use the computer with a different customer. Very disappointed and upset I ask for my phone back so I can get back to work with no phone and late as it is. It is difficult to deal with the public at times, but in this location the work ethic and professionalism was just thrown out the door. Unfortunatey I dont recommend this location for any kind of customer service or questions. Service was horrible and very unprofessional.

On October 1, 2016 went to T-Mobile store @ 19801 nw 27 Avenue the Rep. Antonio was very knowledgeable, courteous, spoke very well and patient. He transferred my info & apps from my old phone to Samsung Galaxy S7. Also he had his Ron-Supervisor register for me the Gear VR in the store so it will be shipped to my home. On October 2, 2016 I returned Samsung J7 and got the Samsung Galaxy S7 for my husband got the cases for both phones. I am pleased with the professionalism with this store they really took care of me, the Reps quickly assist the customers. I recommend the 19801 nw 27th Avenue store to everyone. Reps. Nicole, Joshua, Elvin, Antonio, Tyreisha, and Earl-Supervisor helped very much. I am pleased with the service I received from above names.

The staff here is so friendly and up beat, especially Nicole and Jonathan! They are awesome and make the shopping experience so much fun. They gave clear details on what purchases to make. This is one of the best T-Mobile shops Ive been to and Id recommend this place to anyone.

Very unprofessional i ask only for a new phone and they said the phone come with the case and they add it and the insurance and I said not and they increase my payment more than was supost to be ... I looking flower to go back to Sprint better ....
