Worst service ever. They fixed my iPhone in 2 days so I brought them my tablet which was also broken. Its been over two months!!!! They say theyll call or send email updates when its ready but never did. After 3 weeks, I called and they said oh yes, its ready! I went there (25 min drive), we test it and its not working... They say they have to order a new piece and that it will take 3 days... Almost a month after, I call since I never heard from them and they say the piece will be there next Monday then it will take 3 days. I called again last week, they say we are working on it, it will be ready by 5pm and will call you. A week after I call to confirm and the guy tells me hell work on it today... Really, werent you working on it last week. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of my time.

About a year ago they replaced a new screen on my iPad 4. Two months later, my iPad screen started jumping and moving on its own. The malfunctions got worse over time and so I just stopped using it completely. I recently decided to go and get it fixed at another company. The company showed me that Fix Express forgot to remove the product information label off of the back of my iPad and the label said that it was replaced with a 2nd generation iPad screen when it shouldve been a 4th generation screen. I never noticed it because I had a case on it the entire time. Now it makes sense why my screen never worked properly!!

The worst service ever, they fixed two iPhones, changed the screen and the phones went crazy, speaker on, calls went to face time, the key pad was so hard, I went back and they kept the phones for two days and they did nothing, had to buy new phones, and they just said we can not do anything else, of course I didnt buy my phones there, the worst service ever, they get you with a promotion just to get you as a costumer but please dont waste your money, I literally paid $250 for nothing

All I can say is just go to apple and or maybe the "swap shop". They claim all their screens, headphones, cases, ect are grade A but in reality everything in there is generic.... cheap products from China. Ive had 3 screens replaced in a matter of 4 months all because they refused to provide me with a refund. The screen quality was so different and cheap that I felt disrespected, honestly. I shouldnt be able to see the pixels (grid) on the screen when my iPad is turned off, Ijs.

Was able to get my daughters phone done fast and the customer service was great. Jimmy was beyond nice and provided a fanominal deal that I have yet to see anyone beat. For all my phone repair and this will definitely be the place to go too. A clean and friendly environment. You want your phone fixed fast and efficient I would come here. I came into fix Express to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed. Rauf extremely was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was reasonable. He said it would take him half an hour to replace the scrn and he finished in 10mins. My phone is now in pristine condition. Not only will I come back, but I will send family and friends here for their broken ph issues. I know a lot of clumsy people. 5 thumbs up!

Hands down the BEST place to go if your phone needs repair. After going to countless repair stores to get my phones fixed and I always have problems after picking up my phone. Dont ever go to this place!!! I got my iPhone 6 screen fixed and had to go back because they gave me a bad screen. Still having the same problems after getting it fixed a second time. Shouldve went to Apple, its cheaper with them and they wouldnt have given me a subpar screen.

Went to the downtown Ft. Lauderdale location...Great customer service. Fixed my iPhone screen in less than an hour today, making it look brand new all over again. If I ever need another screen repair, these guys will be my go-to. Thanks again! 5++ stars for great service.

Groupons are a scam, its the same price as if you dont have one. Customer service is terrible and the guy wouldnt do it unless I left him my phone password?! Two other unhappy customers came and went while I was there.

They did a horrible job on my iPhone screen. They didnt put all the screw back and in 3 months one side of the screen wasnt working. I went back to show them the screen and the guy told me I had to pay $100. again
