By far the worst verizon wireless i was ever at. First of all the rep was playing with his eye phone and wouldnt make eye contact with me. I tried ro trade in my phone it was in an otter box because another verizon store a year ago changed my case and never gave me my back cover back. So i uograded to note 5 and they wouldnt take my phone as a trade in because of back. I even watched the rep ask the mangaer and at no time did that coward manager ever speak to me. I even said i was gonna buy a case and a wireless charger. But nothing mattered a customer for 6 years and i was treated like garbage. If you want a good verizon store go to coconut Creek on state road 7. They worked with me and took my phone as a trade in. Stay away from this store all they try to do is push accessories becauae they get a commission on top of sale. Well thanks for listening i hope this helps everyone out. Have a nice day.

I have had several great experiences at this Verizon store. It is conveniently located near my home and I have stopped in several times for various reasons - some of them are more related to my phone than to my Verizon service, but they are always willing to help me. They helped me when I had trouble pairing my phone with my car; they helped me with my phone camera when I had a problem; and they answered my questions about my settings when I needed help. But more recently, they were extremely helpful in setting up and transferring my data and information to my new phone when I bought one. It took quite awhile (I had over 700 pictures !), but Eddie took care of everything and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable and patient. I have been a Verizon customer for many years (maybe 20) and will continue to be as a result of the excellent service at this Verizon store !!!!

Came close to not going into this store because of all of the negative reviews here on Google, but it was the closest location to my house so I decided to give it a shot. Called the day before I went in to verify they had the device I was looking for in stock and the girl I spoke to (I believe her name was mariah) was friendly and quick in checking the stock. I went into the store the next day and was immediately greeted by Carl, who introduced himself with a smile and quickly assessed my customer service needs. Carl helped me throughout my transaction, was incredibly professional and patiently asked any questions I threw his way. Overall I was more than satisfied with the experience. I walked away with the device I wanted, on a more than reasonable monthly plan.

just hung up with a female representative at this store and what she said baffled me. I asked her if they had a gray/black iPhone 6s 64g. she put me on hold for about 4-5 mins and came back and said that Id have to come to the store because to see if it the phone was available and that they do not release that info over the phone. I said, "that makes no sense, Im not going to travel to your location, in hopes that you have it. "no worries, ill call a different location." . I called the coconut creek store and they assisted me with zero hassles.

The older indian lady that works there was so rude. She has no customer service skills and she was so annoying to work with. She treated me as if I was lying about what had occurred, a mess up on Verizons part about my data overage. It was suppose to restart the day my line transferred to its own bill and it didnt restart so it went over a GB. And then she shut the door behind her as I was asking her a question when she I know she clearly heard me. She should NOT be working there.

I wanted a family plan and some idiot created a sub account for my mom, so the whole time I THOUGHT I was paying on time I was only paying one line instead of two. Completely unaccepted from a business! I love Verizon and I am SOO disappointed in this store (which is supposed to be a corporate office)I spoke to someone named Marsha who was SO nasty and acted like I was annoying her. Very disappointed

Great day to go to Verizon! Practically no one was in the store and the sales associate was able to simply call the asurion insurance number for us to get the replacement going. My sons phone was a replacement already but since they had no 6s in stock, they were going to have to provide us the 7! Ummm... ok! Might say more about Asurion than it does Verizon, but they made it happen so good for them!

I had the pleasure of having Aaron Peoples as my sale consultant. He was very friendly, professional, and explained every detail about Verizons service and products. He had my mom and I taken care of in a timely manner and made sure our new iPhones worked before we left. He is by far the best mobile phone sales rep. I have ever interacted with.

By far the best costomer service with outstanding teamwork that I have experienced recently in any company. Everyone made me feel good, like I mattered and they handled my sale expertly. Not to mention that I love my new phone with Cortana and I love this store. Ask for Oscar or Jesse.

Had the WORST experience at this store, especially with this guy called Carl, horrible, HORRIBLE person! He lacks what it takes to be in customer service, and we had him TWICE! It was the experience from HELL! (He chews gum AND takes personal calls while "tending" to customers!)

I came in the store before closing. 2 sales rep on duty. Both working with customers. A couple walked in 2mins before closing and they were helped in midst of working with a couple. Made their purchase and are on their way. . Im still waiting to be assisted 9:22pm ..

Done. Watched the employees at this store continually ignore myself and my wife and attend to customers that arrived after us. When brought to their attention they did not acknowledge but rather challenged me. Thanks for solidifying my choice to switch carriers.

Horrible customer service long wait times standing for an hour every time I go in to this coral springs location I left was going to get a tablet and phone but. left after the guy taking names argued with me when I ask him why it was taking so long !

We went for a simple request only to be told "We dont do that in store, you have to call our toll free number for assistance." Might not have been so bad if we didnt have to wait on hold for over 30 minutes. So glad we switched carriers.

Some staff are professional, others need help with the basics of sales and customer service. They also get very busy so be aware that if you walk in and theres a crowd, you could wait more than 30 minutes for help.

This store was slow when i first came in was nice very clean I was helped by Don his very professional and tentative, he was able to transfer all my contacts and photos. Would recommending this sales associate.
