I went in to this location to upgrade my cell phone since I had previously had a great experience working with a gentlemen by the name of Yusbel who was the store manager there. Unfortunately, when I went back Yusbel was no longer there since he had been promoted and now there was a new store manager by the name of Larry. I wanted to upgrade my current Samsung Galaxy to a Note III and was working with a salesperson by the name of Milton, who was awesome to work with by the way. I went in to the store planning to purchase the Note III with a two year contract extension agreement which would have ended up costing me $299 + tax for the phone + $36 activation fee. Instead Larry the manager asked me if I had heard of the AT&T Next program and how I could pay monthly payments of $35 a month for the phone and would be able to upgrade to the newest model a year later. It would end up costing me an extra $85 over my original deal since they would waive the activation fee and I would have the ability to upgrade after 1 year rather than 2. I figured its only $84 extra and it would be well worth it, so I decided to go ahead and do it. Included within this purchase was a Samsung Galaxy Tab, accessories for the Tab and the Note, 2 year service agreement for the Tab, as well as adding additional data to my existing plan. The total bill was just shy of $1000. Keep in mind that Ive been an AT&T customer for well over 10 years using their cellular service for my business and family as well as their U-Verse service for internet and phone. When I checked the final breakdown of the total, I noticed I was being charged tax for the Note III at $700 and not the amount I should be charged for the 12 months I was planning on using the phone. It was only a $28 dollar difference, but I wasnt too happy about it since I was told about this at the end when it came time to pay. I understand it is a policy of AT&T and that it was not something that the actual store was implementing. However, I felt that being a long time loyal customer for over 10 years and being charged full price for all the accessories and service that they would be willing to at least waive the additional $28. Milton, my salesperson was more than helpful at trying to give me some sort of deduction off of the total sale to offset the additional $28 in tax. Although, he had to ask the manager Larry to do so. To my surprise Larry the manager said no and there was nothing he could do. At that point it was more the principal of the matter than the money that made me decide to cancel the whole sale. I felt pretty bad for my salesman Milton since Im sure he wouldve gotten a decent commission for the sale. The worst part about it is that Larry the manager made no effort to try to save the deal or ask me what he could do keep me from canceling. Instead he chose to not even look in my direction even when I tried to make eye contact with him when I left the store. I proceeded to call AT&T corporate and explain to them my experience. They were extremely apologetic and explained that although Larry the manager could not waive the additional tax of $28, he should have offered to give me a credit for the same amount on my next bill to offset the additional cost. They were just as surprised as I was when they heard of my experience and said that it was well within Larrys ability to offer that discount especially considering the amount of the total sale. In the end AT&T notated my experience on my account and extended the offer to me through another store or through them directly. Glad to know AT&T customer service handled the situation in the manner that they did, but I would much rather drive to a store much further away where my business will be appreciated. I also would recommend my friends and family to do the same.

Wanted to upgrade/add new iPad and since I was not the account holder they told me that I was not able to do so if the account holder was not present. This is fine, I can understand that policy, at the end it was made to protect the customer too, then I was told that if I had access to the account online that I could make the purchase thru that and setup a store pickup I said, okay I can do that, they did not offered a computer or a tablet for me to do so, luckily I had my laptop with me and I was making the orders I was told right in the store, and while I a, setting up the order I selected store pickup and that specific store did not show as one of the stores that had availability, so I approach the girl that was "helping me" and tell her that there Was an issue with the store pickup she looked at me like "A PIECE OF CRAP" and reply "Ah", so I told her to FORGET IT and walk out of the store mad as hell. Customer services S U C K, one star is too much. Will no purchase anything there any more.

these people are special and not in a good way they go in circles taking turns asking the same people the same questions and still mess up. i saw the manager almost give a guy an iphone 6s PLUS by accident. i swear you had to get a look at that guys face when he was being shown the phone. i had talked to him and he was there to make a plan so imagine how he felt when they show up with that, ive never seen a brighter smile...

Expect at minimum 10 minute wait at most times. Staff is very helpful when they become available. Went in to trade my phone and sales associated informed me a new model is due out soon. I could wait and get the new model or get the current at a lower price. I appreciate that type of service.
