Horrible customer service. I went to this store to trade-in my phone for a new IPhone 7. I sit down and give my "old" IPhone to the only person working there on Sunday 10/23. She looks at the phone and says they wont accept the trade in because the phone has little tiny scratches on the side of the phone. So tiny I couldnt see them, only she could. Before this store I went to another AT&T store in Doral and the guy who inspected my phone made a comment saying the phone was in like new condition. Because it was. I had a cover since day 1, never removed it, the screen had no scratches or anything, it was really like new. The reason I didnt do the trade-in on that store was because they didnt have the Iphone 7 in stock. To make a long story short, I left and went to Best Buy. There the person who inspected the phone said again: wow like new. So I got the new Iphone 7 and mailed the old to AT&T. No problem. To come here was just a waste of my precious time.
