The Dadeland store is the best! Trust me, save yourself aggravation and dont even bother going to any of the other locations. Every once in awhile, I lose my sanity and go to a different store out of convenience and the experience is always a nightmare. If you have an issue that needs a resolution, go to the Dadeland store and ask for Eli or the store manager. The Dadeland store has the best customer service and engagement of any VW store that Ive been to. The employees at this location are knowledgeable, attentive, patient and move with a sense of urgency, which cannot be said for other locations. The Dadeland store rocks! You will not be disappointed.

Horrible. They made me wait for about 45 mins. I was waiting for one associate finish helping their guest, Which I understand. But then the associate started helping a guest who just walked in. Which okay I was willing to look past, but then once they were done. They went to the back for their lunch or they left or something. The manager informed me I would have to wait for another associate who took 4 guests in the time span i was there. Why couldnt they just help me to begin with. I wanted questions answered about getting an upgrade but now I think I will just switch carriers! Dont go to this location unless you want your time wasted!!

Absolutely the best service Ive ever had in the 10+ yrs I been a Verizon customer, Lori was so helpful and treated us with such professionalism and candor you know she truly cares for the customer, Ive found my store, highly recommend this store I guarantee you wont regret it.

Friendly customer service people that helped me out pretty quick, granted I was there as soon as they opened the doors, but everyone else in the store was helped really quickly and the manager asked me twice if I was being assisted as I just browsed the phones.
