These people in this location are very dis-organized, dont have an idea of what theyre doing. They call themselves "technicians" when it comes to re-pairs. You come in with one problem, they mess up your phone on purpose behind your back just to keep taking money out of your pocket. I came in that store for a simple phone re-pair, ended up having to pay almost $100. I had to take 5 trips to that store because Everytime I came home, another problem would come up. Little did I know they were doing this on purpose just to keep charging me money for a new part or problem they purposely set up. Thankfully I realized what they were doing and told them to refund my money. During my time there, my jaw would drop on how these people would scam each and every customer that walks in there. Stay very, very, far away from this place. They are scammers and thieves, pretend they know what theyre doing, but in the end, it is just a waste of your time, your money, and your loyalty.

Review I want to give is 0/5. Worse experience ever! Dropped off my 3rd. generation iPad for repair of a shattered glass. I was supposed to pick it up the next day, but after 2 days, 3-5 visits, and 3 screens later, my IPad still wasnt fixed. At this point l asked for my money back and was told that I would be charge for the work on the device even though it wasnt fixed. Of course I said no, and after several failed attempts to reach the store manager or owner, not sure which one he was, the technician agreed to refund my money and end up charging me twice. At that point I was done and decided to let my creditcard companies handle the rest. And if you thought it was over, come to find out, they damaged the connection between the screen and the motherboard as per the company I am now using to get it fixed. It may never work again!

I dropped my iPad Air 2 off early last week to have the battery replaced and I have litterly called every signs Day to check if it was ready and all I get is the service tech is not there. He is never there!! How do they exapect my iPad to be fixed if they cant get the tech to come in or stop leaving early. They made sure to get the payment upfront but have failed dramatically to get the job done. Please take your business else where if you need the job done.

Luigi at Wireless Toyz is the best! I came to the store impatient since I just got off work and had my kids with me. When I asked Luigi how long it would take to repair my phone he gave me a reassuring response advising me e would help me in a few. It literally was few minutes he had taken two of my iPhones to repair at an excellent price. I will definite revisit this store for all my repair needs for iPhone. Thanks WT!

My screen cracked and I took it here for repair. Even though I had to return various times due to issues with the new screen JB was always nice and made sure I was pleased and that the job was well done even after my guarantee had expired. I give them props for their good customer service.

There was a long line when I first got there probably cause it was Saturday, but Michelle n her partner that fixes the phone took care of everybody in a timely manor. Michelle was super nice n really helped me out the two phones I needed fix. Great customer service totally recommend!!

My new one stop shop they do everything here. I went in to get my Sprint EVO to get flashed to Metro. It took 24 hrs but everything works perfect and they also gave me a 50% discount on my case and charger. Awesome very happy!! Thanks JB

They have a friendly customer service, they give you an honest advice over the telephones and they have a variety on prices good selection. We buy an open smartphone for less than $400 usd. Very convenient store.

Took my iphone in to have the screen replaced and was in and out in 20 minutes. Phone works great now. These people arent your typical cell phone guys they are courteous and informed. Price was very resonable.
