I came to get help with my so-called water resistant Samsung 7 edge phone that had WATER damage. I was told by 2 arrogant guys with a smirk on their face that the phone could not take SALT water!! Like I should know that!!! Ok?? And where in all the commercials where they are bragging about this "Water resistant" phone does it say that it only can take pool water?? Water is water is water... who decided that pool water is the only form of water!! Please explain! Telling me if they cant fix it I have to go through Asurion and pay $200 for another phone!! I have been with Sprint and their horrible reception for 8 years and the reason I lasted that long is because I got my phones (Except from this last one) through BEST BUY which has great customer service but THIS TIME IM OUT! No more sprint!!

The worst service ever, not just from the employees but the manager Johnny Capellán very rude he even treated us as terrorists. So rude that we even had to call the police to make a report, all because we were trying to return two phones within the 30th day of the 30 day satisfaction guaranty. I guess he was mad because they would not make the commission on the sale. Not only that but looks like they dont know how to count because they say it is 31 days from 11/27 to 12/27. They will give you every reason so you cant return the phones, like system is down or its been 31 days when in fact is only 30 or you are a terrorist.

Some of the staff lier very arrogant , have poor customer services and poor customer social skill . They promised that they would do upgrade for the same cost it would be if it is done online . At the end of process they charged additional 30 bucks So when I noticed that and complained about it they promised that they wound give me refund that would show up on my account at later time They lied of course about that as well and they refund never came up on my account

I had a great experience with Gabriella Duran at this store. I feared I lost my contacts, but she quickly restored my entire contact display. She then went out of her way to update critical software, clear unnecessary files from memory, and insure that my settings were optimally set for safety and efficiency. Gabriella also taught me a couple techniques to clear unnecessary backup and app files to increase memory space. Im very grateful for her help!

Is like anything else you have customer that are very satisfied with our service and you have other that are not satisfied because we couldnt resolve their issue.They think that we could do magic. This is a SPRINT store maybe not corporate store but we follow the same procedures. People dont have anything do than write BS online.. This is a Great store with great employee!!!

This is NOT a REAL sprint store... note ...by Comm TO GO and sprint tells you where TO GO when you purchase from a FAKE store. There are a lot of REAL sprint stores, go to one of them, learn from my mistake.
