This is the worse retail experience I had. They are very nice and helpful when they are trying to sell you something, but if you want to return something, even with your receipt and within the 14 days(according to their policy) they will jurk you arround for days. I called them many times, the manager never returned my call, the employees are rude, and helpless. How can a business survive, if all they sell is battery and bulbs, but they are not being loyal to the customers. If youre buying something from them, please make sure you read their notice, that is hidden under the desk, and its only shown to you when you want to return the item, even if you have the recept and even if you are returning within the 14 days. I will not recommend this store, or the services they provide, to anyone. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else.

Dont ever I repeat Ever fix your IPhone there.I brought my iPhone 6 to get fix there . Just for the screen . They said its take 2-3 hrs . It didnt get fix until next day. Then my home button was stiff I told them this isnt how my home button was before . . The owner said its isnt there problem . They charged about 175 for a phony screen . Youre better off taking your phone to apple with 109 $ . Unfortunately I didnt know until afterwards . . Dont say I didnt warn you guys !. Good luck to you if you go.

This place may look small but it holds a lot of value. Fixed my Iphone 6plus in about 40 minutes. I was told that it would be 170 to fix. I was a bit skeptical but thanks to John I got my Iphone fixed with a discount. He also sold me a tampered glass screen protector and now its been two months with my iphone still intact. Thank You Batteries Plus your service is greatly appreciated.

what a great bunch of guys in this store. had a few issues with my iphone 6 and also my wifes iphone 6. got new batteries, new screen, new charging port (yes,if your having chargin cord issues,,, it might be the port and it can be fixed reasonably. not to mention,,, they got gadgets and batteries for whatever. "my little dog parker was given great attention also" . thanks guys

My sales associate was awesome (User: TSeIker) on my receipt. I had battery issues with my Note 4 battery drain which he also had a Note 4. My associate was very professional and informative. Check this out he even ask me if it was okay for him to install the battery just to make sure. I have no more battery drain problem so far. Thanks guys for such a great store experience !!!!
