Mark Urbina at Verizon Cellular Sales has restored my faith in humanity, the service industry in general! After months of incredibly frustrating problems with NO resolution from multiple stores and personnel, I finally found someone invested in my business and turning around the bad experiences Ive had with Verizon for several years now. Mark has been exceedingly patient with me and tried multiple approaches to trouble-shooting my problems with defective phones and replacements. He invested his time and channeled passion for the technology in finding a way around the challenges of data transfer errors from multiple devices. He got on the phone with corporate and escalated my problems within corporate and Cellular Sales, and wrote notes in my file as well as emails so the issues and our collaborative attempts to fix them are well documents. He gave me his personal cell phone and never dodged a call, always making himself available within reason. He took my disappointment and frustration with my service and hardward to date as a personal challenge to retain my business and to restore my faith in Verizon. Mark has analyzed my phone bill and looked for ways to help me reduce my costs and cut unnecessary expenses so that I remain a Verizon customer. I had the opportunity to observe Mark manage a busy floor of customers and service reps and no one walked through his door without getting the attention they deserved. I heard him trouble shoot problems with other customers and his staff and remain so impressed with his "can do" attitude and his commitment to training and empowering staff while never belittling them. I hope Mark is well rewarded for his exceptional service! I only continue to be a Verizon customer because of him. Thank you, Mark!

For the past two years I have done business with this particular store and have had absolute fantastic service until today. I purchased the new Sony Xperia z3 21 days ago and this morning it decided to stop working through no fault of my own, the phone works but no screen, just black. So I went back to this store to exchange the phone (I do have insurance & warranty) and since I was beyond the 14 day "return" policy they would not exchange the phone. We are talking 7 days not weeks or months after the purchase and my pone is extremely vital to my job, they would not even give me a loaner. I offered a full cash deposit on a new Sony Xperia and would return the phone once my replacement was mailed to me. The manager refused, I have never heard the word "cant" used in so many viable outcomes to take care of a loyal customer but because this store is not a "corporate" Verizon store its just an authorized dealer it will not offer the same customer satisfaction as a "corporate" store would. The Verizon phone representative even attempted to do a swap at one of the corporate stores in south Florida and unfortunately the stores were out of the phone I have. Amazing to me that I sit in a store with a huge Verizon sign outside with my phone in stock and Mark Urbina says NO. For customers of Verizon we do not care if its an authorized dealer or corporate office if there is a Verizon sign outside the store then we should receive the same customer service regardless. I walked into the Verizon store on Wednesday and was greeted by Mr. Steven Monroy. He then asked me, "How can I help you?" I replied and said " I need someone to help me with my account and my phone. He smiled and replied saying " Im someone." I instantly felt welcomed and we got right down to solving the issues with my account. After that Mr. Steven began to work on "MY WAY OUT DATED PHONE" LOL. He brought out several phones for me to look at. I was able to sample the weight and the feel of the phones to my ear while he explained how each one works and their features, and that was a plus for me! The staff at Hallandale Beach Verizon were awesome and because of their team work I was able to select a phenomenal phone!!! (Samsung Galaxy Edge 6) I would also like to say thank you to Mr Kevin Kelly (super man) for his GREAT personality and funny sense of humor! Verizon, once again you ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The so called manager has a very bad attitude and when I said your being rude he said "yes I am and you can leave my store.". He cant explain anything and when you question him he will just cop an attitude and kick you out. I have been in management for over 15 years. He needs to be fired! I also wrote the company on their website yesterday saying I wanted to hear from the owner or district manager and I have not received a call or email. They obviously do not care about customers or the service they provide. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I WROTE THE COMPANY ON THEIR WEBSITE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL OR ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE.

I came in on Thursday morning with a problem most new phone owbets have, applying a screen protector. Although this wasnt any ordinary screen protector. This one was still "patent pending" and needed for me to keep my fingers moist throughout application as well as wait 48 hours to stick on. The account manager at this store Steven Monroy quickly took at it upon himself to help me as well as suggested that the heat from the screen and my pocket would help it adhere to the phone. Needless to say everything worked the way he explained. Now I can stop worrying about scuffing up my new GS6 Edge. Thanks again Mr. Monroy.

Absolutely terrible experience...they charged me almost double what I couldve gotten it for online, plus charged me a $35 setup fee without asking me which just involved pushing next twice to set up my new phone...now that Im trying to return my phone I have had to visit the store multiple times and have them lie to me about 5 or 6 ways that I cant...and now I need to go through corporate verizon to have them do this refund and I still havent gotten it. Huge pain in the ass and I will NOT be dealing with them or any verizon store ever again. Even the store manager was a huge jerk

My review will probably echo the sentiments of most that I read. The service I recieved at this store was nothing short of the single best cellular store transaction of my entire life. Abdel Ahmad was the best sales rep / customer service / wireless consultant that I have ever interacted with. I went here to switch from ATT to Verizon and it was painless. New phone, accessories, new service etc in and out without any sort of pain. Cant really say anything more than this experience was the best, 5 stars does not do this place justice, its better than that.
