DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!! This weekend my girlfriend got a new phone. The systems were down and they had to call and authorize her card over the phone, later the computers came up and they ran the transaction as normal. She was charged twice. Upon calling T Mobile, they said the store would issue a refund. When we returned, DENNIS, the store manager, refused to refund the money because the store only showed one transaction (because we only ran card in store once and once over the phone). DENNIS refused to call T Mobile and find out the issue. He insisted he knew what had happened and proceeded to argue with my girlfriend, eventually telling us to leave the store and not to come back. We called T Mobile and they said that yes, in fact there was two charges and they issued a refund immediately. DENNIS, did not try to clean up his mess, was passive aggressive, and laughed in our faces. The staff is undertrained, and led by a manager who doesnt know what customer service means. I will now drive 20 minutes to my next closest T Mobile, just to not deal with DENNIS a anymore. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

Not so great experience. My husband and I went yesterday 2/13/17 in the evening to pick up a new phone for my husband. The girl that attended us her name was Diana. She had no knowledge on phones at all. Pretty much the way my husband decided to choose a phone was based off my knowledge on phones. He ended up getting the Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. Its ridiculous. I dont even understand how this female has a job. No charisma not even a smile. She was almost practically kicking us out of the store (as in telling us to to hurry up and make a selection on your case already since I was trying to help my husband choose a case based of another tmobile worker in Sawgrass mall this man had knowledge and was super professional). To me it seems that shes just some college girl trying to get by on getting paid. This isnt her line of work. Im just saying.

This is the WORST, I mean the WORST company to deal with. I bought an iPhone 5 and paid the down payment of $248 then I would be paying $20 per month for 24 months until I finish paying for the phone. The full price for the was $680 for tax. We decided to leave T-Mobile because their service was horrible. We passed the 14 day buyers remorse had to pay full price for the phone. I was told that as soon as I pay the balance they would unlock the phone for me. Well people, as soon as they transferred me to the unlocking department, I was told that this phone cannot be unlocked unfortunately. Now I am left with a phone that I paid full price for useless. BE AWARE of T-MOBILE.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I would rather drive 30 minutes to another store then ever go there again!! I was charged twice for an upgrade and upon calling T-Mobile to try to fix it they told me to go to the store so I can receive my refund. When I arrived DENNIS the store manger REFUSED to help me. He was rude and nasty. He did not even try to life up a finger to try and help my situation. He told me to leave his store and never come back. So I will gladly NEVER COME BACK. Worst customer excuse for customer service ever! If I could give a negative star I would give him 5

Went to this location to get my phone reprogramed, I had messed up a feature. I was told by the rep that samsumg had updated their features and others had came in with the same problem. His solution was to sell me a different phone. So guess what did, I took my phone to my brother who used to work with Tmobile and he literally correct the problem half asleep in 10 minutes....Tmobile please train your staff better

T-Mobile Associate Dennis tried to "mansplain" to me that an iPhone 7 with 256GB has way too much memory for me and his condescending snicker has convinced me to buy my phone elsewhere. His actual quote "Hehe, uuhm, do you know how much 256GB is?! I mean, do you really need that?! Just sayin, I mean, I gotta ask...!" Dude, none of your business. Ask yourself why you just lost the sale and got a bad review.

Yvonne was awesome and extremely patient with us. We upgraded 3 business phones and added another phone to the account. She got us all set up by switching all info over into new phones and getting all the phones in the best cases. We always have exemplary service when we visit this location.
