For an "authorized dealer" they sure are rude. I came here for a new SIM card and the heavyset guy was everything but helpful. I purchased a new phone, and was unsure whether my phone or SIM card was defective because the phone would not read the SIM card. Without even looking at the phone, he told me that I needed a SIM card. He also said it would be $15 just to try the new SIM card in my phone and regardless of whether or not I actually needed it, I would have to keep it. Isnt that why you troubleshoot the phone FIRST?! I also wasnt sure on how to put the SIM card in the phone and he told me "youll figure it out" and sent me on my way as he took the next customer. What a way to treat a "valued customer" that has been with the company for over 10 years.

As it is in Lauderdale Lakes, Congratulations guys. Best customer services, I have been with T-Mobile for 5 years. And I was thinking of leaving it when I met those guys, I be there every week. Thank You So Much

Very slow customer service Only to employees work there Hardly professional. Big disappointment to why the store every open in the first place.
