They are a rip off. They sold my dad a new phone and told him that he can use it in Haiti but when he went to use it in Haiti, they said he needs a lock code. When he got back to the US, he went back to the lady to get his money back. She refused... he called boost mobile for the lock code and the reps told us that boost mobile does not give unlock code unless hes been using the phone for over a year........ thieves
