This is the best expirence ever at the Sprint Store. They have amazing service and the staff is very perfessional and knowledgeable. The Team welcomes you as soon as you step foot into the store, their expression soon grew big and happily to service us. I have visted many Sprint sores but this one has the best service and Team memebers I have ever came across, I will recommend this store to everybody that has trouble with their electronics or questions.

My experience at this specific store is always AWESOME...i had the pleasure of the store representative Pierre help assist me when others told me sorry they couldnt assist. The best customer service representative I have had in all of my years of being a sprint customer. My daughter even had a great time in the store. Thank you for helping us.. your manager or store owner should be very lucky to have you on their team.. GREAT JOB!!

My phone stopped working while on vacation so I visited this sprint store hoping that someone would be able to assist me with finding a new phone. Both Pierre and Eddie were extremely professional and helpful. They did everything they could to make sure I was completely satisfied. Ive been a sprint customer for over 10 years and its great customer service experiences like this that keeps me as a loyal customer.

My experience was wonderful. Donavan Dixon and Tyron Johnson was very helpful. Helping me understand my phone much better. I live closer to Miami Lakes location, but I choice to drive all the way to 15528 NW Biscayne Blvd. Miami, Florida 33160. I always leave with a smile on my faces, even if they dont have the answer, they call around to find the right answer for me. Thanks you guys. Ill be back soon.

I went to the sprint store location 25528 biscayne Blvd, and the level of customer service was way and beyond satisfaction. I had a bad experience to weeks earlier at another store,and because of the service and honesty of Naylee Arguello I was able to return to sprint purchase a galaxy tablet and have a experience of care and honesty. Thank all the employeesame at sprint on biscayne.

The customer service at this store is excellent and second to none. My sales rep Donavan Dixon went above and beyond to assist me with upgrading from the iPhone 5s to the 6s Plus and even made sure that I understood my bill. This Sprint store gets an A+ in my book & my sales rep definitely deserves recognition for his awesome assistance.

In six months of living in Miami, I have not encountered nicer, more competent sales people than Donavan Dixon and Nick Sasso. Anything I ever need tended to on my phone, I will ask these folks to do it. They define customer service in a city where that often falls by the wayside. Corporate, if youre reading this, take heed!
