I think its safe to say that this place will instantly win you over with the design. You park underneath in the parking garage and they have these cute little cart escalators that take your cart up next to you as you go up the escalator. I love going here and on days when the weather is bad you dont have to deal with it getting in and out of your car because you are in a parking garage! The store is always clean for as busy as it is when I go and the workers are very helpful. An associate stopped putting away clothes to scan two items of mine to check if any more was in stock. This is my GO TO Target!

What is up with all of the people complaining about the "people" and the neighborhood. Go back to Mt. Lebanon if you dont like diversity in your neighborhood. Ive live in Garfield for 4 years and love the activity on Penn Ave. This Target store is awesome. Cart escalators, great grocery selection (im tired of giant eagle, now there is a store that could take some lead from Target in terms of employee attitude) Parking is readily available under the store. Now they just need a bus stop to pick people up leaving the store to the city right in front of the building instead of a block a way.

Good store, poor location, bad parking. As for the "better than you" attitudes, you can find trashy people at both the East Liberty and the Waterfront locations. It cannot be escaped within the city. While people shouldnt exhibit signs of being better, others should show a little class and learn how to behave in public!

Excellent customer service. Jon the associate working in the mobile/electronics department helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He gave me options as far as peice range, storage size, and he undeestood I was in a rush. I reccomend the store electronics for anyone looking for low price and moderate quality.

Especially like the separate escalator for oversized plastic shopping carts. Was wondering why there wernt thugs at the bottom waiting to steal the full cart, but carts are timed to descend slower than the people escalator so you are there in plenty of time to claim your newly purchased treasures.

Very nice store, however I dislike the "better than you" attitudes that CERTAIN people have toward other patrons. If there is an issue with the location or the people of the community your more than welcome are Targets Waterfront location. ツ

Absolutely love having a Target so close. It definitely is a huge add to the redevelopment of East Liberty. Why someone would say parking is horrible, they must be blind to the parking garage below!
