I have a LG G4 phone, the first one I got back in November or December of 2015. The phone malfunctioned two weeks after I got so I returned it. They sent me a second phone and two months later it did the same thing. They sent me an 3rd phone and it lasted about 7 months and then it malfunctioned too. I went to sprint and they ordered me a 4th phone, when the phone came in I took it to the store to get activated and what do you know it malfunctioned as soon as they turned it on. I have been waiting a month now for sprint to sent me a 5th phone, I have talked to several employees and they all say the same thing. They have to talk to the manager that helped me, and no one can reach him. So now not only have I lost the pictures from my dads wedding, my nephews graduation and my birthday, I still dont have a phone!

Third time Ive gone during business hours and theyre closed in the last 2 months. No sign, not at lunch time, an hour and a half after opening. Get it together. PUT UP A SIGN AT THE VERY LEAST. 1 star is because about a month ago when I went in 10 minutes to closing the girl told me "I cant help you because it will be after closing before we finish, come back some other day." (I told her I simply had a question, had no plans of being there for more than 5 minutes.) What a joke this store is!

Terrible,...was lied to and then got the worst service and follow up when attempting to get issue resolved. Not really a Sprint corporate store,...this is a 3rd party store and they are the worst. Go to Wendover or Battleground stores. Sprint - drop this chop shop off your approved 3rd party vendors THE WORST STORE EVER.

Damesha is awesome! i met her while grocery shopping i notice she had a sprint uniform on although she was with her family she took the time out to chat with me and set me up an appointment to come in the store.. Im very pleased with the service i Received so professional and polite i wish everyone could be like her

worst experience Ive ever had. these people are full of lies. Ive been waiting on an iPad for about a week now, come to find out William never ordered it & never bothered to call me & tell me. when I called about it all he could say was "sorry, I forgot" like a child. NEVER AGAIN.

Poor customer service! I wasnt greeted upon entrance, I waited in line 15 minutes with one customer ahead of me already being helped before I finally walked out to go to another sprint location
