My wife and I have lived in the area forever. Now we have been a customer of AT&T for 10+ years now. So if anybody has a long-term review on AT&T its my wife and I. Let me say I would definately recommend AT&T as a service provider. Who I would really like to recommend and thank is Mike Kadylak. This guy has done it all for us. Every time weve ever walked through that AT&T door let me tell you Mike has always given 110% to us. Another thing we love about Mike is that he sells us what we need, period. We give him our budget and he stays in it. He doesnt try to upsell us with everything we dont need and cant afford. He is very honest and genuine as a person. Now we have always dealt with Mike but I have also heard good things about Deena. Now I cant speak for the other employees but Im sure if theyre new they will learn in time. I do know I showed up there one morning not so long ago. Now this was before open hours and an employee, bigger fella helped me understand my new Android on his own time. The guy didnt even have time to punch his time clock before I met him at the door. Now to me thats customer service, Period!

The customer services here is TERRIBLE!! Do not, I repeat, do NOT, go to this at&t store! After moving up to the Franklin area and being a long time customer of at&t, I dropped my plan and went to another company because of the reps they have working here! I paid for insurance on my phone for months on end, and it turns out that they never applied the insurance to my plan. They broke my phone, RECHECKING it to apply the insurance, and then tried pushing a back up battery on me to replace the one they broke, wanting to charge me for their mistakes. Literally destroyed my phone right there. Then I STILL had to pay a $50 service fee just to get my new one! To add to the frustrations, the managers are the ones who are suppose to look over the new employees work, and never do, and caused my plan cost to skyrocket every month. At&t was probably sick of my calls and hours of my time that I spent fighting with them over the Franklin, PA rep mistakes. I will NEVER go back to their service EVER again. Not after I went through. I cant even pay my last bill because they automatically sent it to berkheimer when I dropped them!!

Ive had numerous issues with customer service in this store. We tried to open a business account. I talked to the Manager who was dealing with specail issues we had. He told me to come over any time. I leave work, drive an hour there, and find he has taken the day off. The clerk there, insisted she would not call him to fix the issue I had discussed with him and did not care that this wasted trip cost me 2 hours. Ive been in the store 3 other times for my personal phone where that same female clerk is rude and ignorant to me. I will drive half a day to buy elsewhere. They wont ever get my business again.
