Well, after waiting 45 minutes I found out Att just doesnt have good service in Charleston (or at least my part). Although, all their maps show fine service. (Maybe they should merge them with their outage maps). Bottom line the att guys said why are we sticking with att???. Verizon has WAY better service and will sometimes buy you out of any phone contracts. Well, ok. I will check it out. I guess the reason I have att is only because I have for 20 plus years. With cable and internet they are about $600 a month. I need to check out what other companies have because I would give att an F grade....they even have their own staff saying to switch.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I had a problem, almost certainly caused by a cheap imported phone. These guys spent over 2 hours patiently and cheerfully working at the problem, finally providing me with a free basic smartphone to use with a monthly pre-pay SIM. 3 staff were involved: Reginald, Chels and another lovely lady whose name I did not note. The whole atmosphere in the shop and the professionalism of the team is a credit to AT&T and for an overseas visitor like myself an example of the American customer service ethic.

This is the most pleasant store ever. Its clean, open, and the two times I went, it wasnt crowded. The moment you step into the store, a representative will approach you and ask how you need to be helped. No lines, not hunting for someone. They find you. And the two people that have helped me have been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Showed up after my Samsung Galaxy S7 started to seriously malfunction. Wouldnt soft reboot properly or enter recovery mode. Reggie at the ATT store in West Ashley was a great help; incredibly friendly, knowledgable, personable, etc. We ended up having to factory reset my phone, but I was still very pleased with the visit. Ill be back.

I have been with 2 other carriers in the 10 years Ive had a cell phone and I have never had a better experience then at this store. Jason and Nate were absolutely the best sales reps I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. I could only hope that other customers get to deal with them.

Att is way overpriced and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They talked me into buying att uverse tv and it was the worst decision of my life it never works. I have spent more time trying to fix my tv then actually watching it. Do your self a favor and dont go to att.

Waiting, and waiting, and more waiting. This is more of a poor rating of AT&Ts model. Six people in the store and all but one with a customer. The rep standing by the door wont help me because shes "checking people in"......nobody has walked in the store in 15 minutes.

The lady at this location with the heavy southern accent always hangs up on me when I call for assistance? Im closing out my AT&T account because of this. Thanks for helping me make this decision. Just icing on the metaphorical terrible customer service cake!

Lots of staff standing around. Ive been first in line for 20 minutes, then a guy shows up 45 min early for his appt so I get bumped down in line. This is just stupid how many employees are being paid to watch customers wait.

Long wait and no help went to unlock my tablet they took my tablet told me I would get a code in an email. No code tablet not unlocked must go back for a 2nd visit. Off course they know I want to switch carriers
