Absolute horrible experience. I brought my cracked iphone 7 plus to this location to get repaired. Before I left the guy who did the repair told me that he had not repaired many 7 plus screens, and that it make take him some time. He also said something about some of the 7 plus screens being defective. The minute I left I could tell a difference in the quality of the screen it was not bright and everything was a different color than it normally was. When I got home the screen was very glitchy and would frequently, not respond to touch. I woke up with the screen completely black, but I could still tell that the phone was working because I was able to hear my ringtone, I took it back to this location and they said that they did not have the black screen that I needed and that they would put a white screen on it temporarily until they got more in. I came back in a few hours later for them to tell me that the lcd was cracked, and that they couldnt do anything about it. When I dropped it off there was no signs of cosmetic damage. Never get your phone repaired here. Pay a little extra and get quality service from apple themselves. I will never step foot in this location again.

STAY AWAY! If you expect a warranty for anything you buy or have repaired there, BUYER BEWARE!! If you need a repair for an iPhone, turn around and go to the Apple Store. Yes it costs a little more but they will warranty their repair. These people will not! Heres why. I took my sons iPhone in to repair a screen that was not responding to touch. They had a price to repair it that was a little less than Apple Store so I decided to give it a try. They said they had to do a test to see if they could offer a warranty. How could it possibly pass their test as it would not respond to touch and that was item I was asking them to repair. But after the repair, the it did respond to touch perfectly and they could test it again at that point and it would pass their test. But 2 months later, the screen became non-responsive again. I spoke to the manager this morning about fixing it without cost and he told me he would not do that as it did not pass the test done before the repair. This policy is insane and it preys on those who can least afford it like my son who looked for a lesser expensive option to repair his broken phone.

Beware...while traveling the state I made a CASH purchase of a lawn & garden battery in Fayetteville NC I began to question the polarity positions I needed and living 2 hours from any batteries plus bulbs store I tried to return The battery with RECEIPT in Raleigh NC The manager advised the franchise agreement required to refund however he only had 14.00 dollars in register Seemed odd but gave benefit of doubt So while traveling same day this Greensboro store on battleground Stated they have no intention or obligation to refund because they are Independently owned.. The battery turned out with correct polarity positions ...but never again will I darken the doors Of a batteries plus bulbs store

We had two iPhones repaired for cracked screens. Both were working before repair (and obviously before screens cracked). My 6 battery now always needs to be charged and there is a small round light constantly visible through my screen at almost top right corner. The SE we had repaired no longer responds to touch and acts like it is possessed most of the time - which of course was not an issue before. The initial customer service was ok but I should have listened to my intuition and just made appointments at the Apple Store. Ive always gone there and just not sure why I didnt this time. Hopefully they will be able to resolve our situations.

Just left there actually, the guy that was working there this morning was very, very helpful and I really appreciated that he took the time to look for my battery and he was very informative...I originally went there because I thought I needed a battery for my Samsung Galaxy S II but it seems like the problem all along was my phone, the charging port was messed up so I basically needed a new phone. The return process was very simple, I would definitely shop there again and recommend this place to family and friends. Great customer service! Thank you!

These guys were awesome. I have always had great experiences at this store, and today Ryan Campano took great care of me with my I-Phone. He was knowledgable, very curious, and prompt, and knew exactly what to do. He told me that he had been sent to school to learn how to trouble-shoot because they have so many different problems to solve in their jobs. Mo was also very helpful and I even noticed they knew some of their customers who came in by name....A+++ for these employees!

I purchased a battery online for pick up and was told it needed 4 hrs to charge before pick up. I got an email stating my order was ready and I drove about 20 miles to get it only to be told it wasnt charged and to come back tomorrow. Was not happy and only got excuses from clerk saying they have no control over emails saying orders are ready. May want to change that if you want to keep customers from making multiple trips using your " convenient online order for pick up.

The absolute worst customer service of a retail business I have experienced in a long time. Employees are rude, short and snippy with their tone and treat you like your an idiot. If you can avoid this place DO IT. This is the third time I have had to go here and it will be the last. I will just get what I need off the web and wait. It is not worth getting what I need same day to put up being treated like garbage.

Bought a battery for my Canon camera it was 20.00 after I got home I found the same battery for 5.00 on Ebay, Because the package was opened they would not give me a refund.They are the stupidist bunch of people I have ever had to deal with!And Gale is a complete moron I wouldnt buy anything from these idiots! Avoid this place at all costs.

Ive always received great customer service at this location. Im still trying to replace all of our household lights with LED lights and theyve on occasion ordered and/or transferred whatever Im looking for in to the store. I even had one employee go the extra mile and go to a store and pick up the bulbs I needed for my current project.

I have a cordless power tool that I use for my job, these guys fixed the dead battery for it in one day!! Saved me from losing work. Plus, their price was just as good as quotes I got online. Batteries Plus ROCKS!

Crappy service! They "repaired" my cracked screen and now it barley works if you touch it! I would never go back here again! Never ever take it here! The store is complete trash!
