Sold me wrong promotion sold me extra line didnt tell me about extra charges and did not explain about payments and went through a lot just by trusting store of t mobile and will remember it for the rest of my life not to buy another phone from t mobile at least store level. It is amazing how store is clean and looks nice but associate dont have knowledge of products and promotions at all not even at customer service level. This is one reason they dont count t mobile in same level as Verizon, sprint because they dont have trainings for their employees to get better but worried about promotions always. If you guys do business with them just make sure ask them about extra charges at your next bill and make sure they show you promotion because sometimes there will not be a promotion or expired but they will sell you and push you to buy but at getting bill you will notice a lots of different things.
