Called Verizon customer service and there representative promised me the world when I threatened to cancel. She promised me any phone I wanted for $149, plus a $50 gift card in the mail for staying with them. Well I walked into this Verizon location, and pompous sales rep named Slate said he could help us. That was far from the truth. After Slate spoke to customer service he handed me the phone. While the service representative was explaining that they were honoring what was originally told to me, Slate was busy telling my wife it wasnt gonna happen and flirting with her. I then put Slate back on the phone with customer service, 2 minutes later he stomps into the back to speak with his manager. He comes out 5 minutes later and tells me that they will not honor what VERIZON TOLD THEM TO DO. First of all Slate was unprofessional and I find it ridiculous that Verizon tells one of their stores to do something and the store can just say no. Well Verizon lost a customer today and as a local State Farm agent, I will refer my clients elsewhere.

Did not stock 6, 8, or 10 long USB Micro cords; only 4. Only had 6 with charging block and 10 USB-C Apple products. Disappointed. Seems like a basic item to be stocked for when a charging cable becomes messed up. UPDATE: Store sales lady thought I should go 30 minutes across town to big box "Best Buy". REALLY? Got an attitude when I questioned her about some place closer. BAD FORM! Well I found everything I needed at that other big box "Wal-Mart". Wow they had it all! 3, 4, 5, 6, no 8, and 10 for USB-C and USB MICRO. I got what I wanted 3 miles up the road for less money than 4 and with out the "attitude of the Verizon sales lady.

Gotta be honest, I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and have seen the worst and best. This was BY FAR the *best* Verizon experience Ive ever had either in person or on the phone. I stopped in as a non-local with a sudden issue and not only did they fix it quickly and efficiently, but they actually solved another problem with my service Id been dealing with over the phone for a while. It was my quickest experience in a store, they were kind, professional, didnt upsell anything and checked up on me a few days later. Great people, Id go back again in a heartbeat.

Richard was gentlemanly and kind. I came in to add a line to my plan and get the new LG G5 on it. (I had already done the research). Other the fact that he told me my pristine AT&T Galaxy S7 Edge I was trading in was worth $215 (before actually putting it in right and it came out to almost $500) Richard was a wonderful customer service rep. He made sure my screen protector was put on exactly (Ask for Steven to put on screen protectors). All in all this is now my primary Verizon store and Richard gained a repeat customer.

Tonight: Showed up 15 minutes to close. Not out of choice, but because my phone died while at work and I came immediately after. The place had already locked their doors with one employee helping a couple at the register and 2 more sitting down on their phones doing absolutely nothing. I didnt really expect my issue to be solved tonight, but I needed answers. These people obviously dont want the business. Avoid this dumpster fire and go to the other store about 1.5 miles south.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I just got off the phone with no doubt a DUMB BLONDE who hung up on me when I expressed my disdain for being told to contact the manufacturer of a Bluetooth headset I purchased from that store less than a few months ago! Maybe I should switch to AT&T! Theyre courteous and more affordable! Fire everyone in that store and start over! This isnt the first time Ive dealt with idiots like her at this particular store

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that helped me get what I wanted for the best deal. Wide selection of all the newest products (unfortunately, zero selection of older products). Theres clear teamwork among their staff; a couple of their employees gladly worked together to help solve my problem. I walked out the happiest customer, and will be sure to choose this location for all things Verizon! (^◡^ )
