I originally went to this location after chicken the reviews out for Verizon and thought this place must be Tip-Top. I went in with an issue and I stood for five minutes without anybody saying anything to me. After being greeted, I sat and after telling the salesman four times I wasnt interested in any extra cost on my account he had finally agreed to help me. As I was being helped, I listen to a guy asking his customer we had a good experience. He said yes and then the salesman asked if you minded leaving a Google review for them? I found the request a little peculiar, but the rest of the stories were really got to me. The guy said he didnt know how to leave a review, so the salesman said he would do it for him if he didnt mind. The guy said sure. After the other customer left, I overheard the salesman saying to another salesman that that was the easiest $30 he has ever made. I asked the guy who was helping me what that meant? He told me that they get $30 for every Google review that they get. This got my blood boiling! So these guys get paid to make their store look good? So I am sure they never asked the people with bad experience, like myself, to leave reviews. If these guys are getting paid for every review, what is the stop them from creating fake Google accounts to pad their paychecks? What is the stop them from asking all of their friends and family to post a review for them and make some side cash? If youre going to visit this location or any of their other locations based on Google reviews, just be aware that most are fraudulent and invented to make the Slick salesman more money.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Deboris at the 1601 Westover Terrace Verizon location. This gentleman went far and above the call of duty. Deboris was courteous, professional, informed, kind, educated on the product and overall an excellent representation of the type of customer service a company in any industry should strive for. Deboris made me feel that my problem was the most important concern for him. He understood my dilemma and worked within his powers to resolve my problem, even issuing me a temporary loaner phone while I decided what to do with my future wireless plans. I truly could not have asked for better customer service and not only will I recommending my friends and family to him, I would recommend you all as well. This gentleman is by far the best sales associate Ive dealt with at any company. Please dont take my word for it. Go in yourself and ask to speak with Deboris. This guy will treat you well, do his best to save you money and treat you like customer should be treated. I cannot relay enough, how thoroughly he helped this very satisfied customer.

Hey I spoke technical support on two separate occasions about my calls dropping on my phone and camera not working texting not working properly and I was on the phone with tech support for at least three hours each separate time and got off the phone with them each time frustrated with no solution except waiting for another phone which would take 3-5 business days been into other locations and solutions werent resolved. Then I came into the Westover terrace Verizon local and I was very satisfied with the solution and the end result because I have to tell you I was going to cancel my service with Verizon and by the way I only had this new phone for only 2 months and I walked out of this Verizon local on Westover terrace very satisfied and I will be returning to do business again with the individual that assisted me and another thing is that this was my business phone. We have been long term Verizon customers and add had recently thought we may change carriers. We got in touch with Verizon and met a extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales rep JG! We talked through our options over the phone then set an appointment where he was able to find us the phones we could not find before. We have always used Androids and wanted to make the switch to an iPhone 7. Well our first time using this phone today. When we got home and in trying out the APP Store we got really confused. Our sales rep gave us his personal # for if we had questions. Well I texted him and called and tried helping over the phone, but we were still confused. He was at a friends house near ours and he came over and... YES made a "house call"! And wahlah many difficult new things was explained and made much easier. So.... if you want customer service that goes the extra mike... Definitely go to the Verizon store at Westover Terrace! !!!

Went to the store with my 16 month old toddler in tow to upgrade my non-working iPhone 4s and honestly had an amazing customer service experience. Nicholas Terry helped me get all set up with a new iPhone, applied my screen protector and helped make sure all of my precious photos were transferred. When we first began to switch the phone out, the first iPhone wasnt recognizing the SIM card so instead of letting me go with a potentially risky iPhone he just went ahead and got me a new phone giving me peace of mind that if I continue to stick with this phone like I did my last it would probably go the distance. Days after getting used to new technology and a new phone, he followed up to make sure I was happy and secure in the purchase. I know great customer service and feel passionate about acknowledging it. Thank you guys for making a seemingly daunting errand turn into an easy transition.

I came into this store tonight and was informed to sign in. I waited about 30 mins while 2 sells reps put up accessories while the others where helping other customers. Then the 2 reps left at 7 instead of helping me and my wife get our new phones . Then we where greated by Neil lineberry he gave us great customer service he told us he was supposed to get off at 7 but he saw us waiting and wanted to take care of us. He made sure everything was correct on our plan and was super helpful. He never once tried to pressure us into buying anything he asked all the right questions I will definitely be going back to see him he went over and beyond what he had to he didnt leave at 7 when his shift was over he stayed till 815 helping us and making sure we where happy with our new phones thank you for all your help Neil we will be back to see you soon.

Neil Lineberry was incredible to work with. I was having problems with my brand new iPhone 7 and needed it replaced before the 14 day replacement policy was up, unfortunately my phone was out of stock. Neil went to every Verizon store around the city to see if they had a phone there, he also offered to order one under his personal account and have it shipped to him directly. He got in contact with me every day to make sure my phone wasnt getting worse or to let me know if he had found a phone for me yet or not. He stayed over an hour after his shift was over just to help me set up my new phone. To top it off he has a great personality and I would highly reccomend him for service. He makes what can be a pain in the ass, simple and convenient. Thanks Neil!
