Awful customer service. My phone stopped working for some reason, so I decided to ask a representative about what my possible options were if it were truly broken. The man proceeded to tell me about all the upgrades I could get. I did not want to upgrade, so I asked about what my other options were. He said that I should just upgrade, but my other option is to get a prepaid phone. I did not want to do that either, so I asked if I had any other options, he said no. I then kindly explained that I have two spare phones at home and that I would like to have my number transferred to one of the two, if possible. Another representative that was there said, yeah you could do that. The man that had been talking to me earlier still persisted, and asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I asked how the process worked if I wanted to transfer my number to an old phone, and he said that they couldnt do that for me there. I asked who I would need to contact, and he replied with "customer service". I was then later told by customer service that this man couldve definitely helped me out. This store is not a true representation of what Verizon stands for, and it made me really mad that this specific representative was trying to get me to spend money where I didnt need to.

If youre looking to get absolutely NO customer service and someone who just gives you a phone without actually giving you any options, then this is the place for you. I recently purchased a new phone from here and when I asked how to transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone, the man told me just plug it into your computer. This did not work at all. He made it seem so easy and effortless and ultimately I was left with two phones, neither of which worked for my needs. I also disliked how the man blatantly rolled his eyes at me and judged me for not purchasing a case for my phone. I had my previous phone for 4 years with minimal to no damage and never had a case for it. I do not appreciate being judged or bullied for not purchasing additional products. I absolutely would not recommend anyone visit this store if you actually want to be helped with your service or assisted with your purchase in any way.

I stopped in here to ask about using my phone internationally and in 3 minutes the guy working here managed to: - Give me the wrong number to call to allow international use on my plan - Confidently rattle off information about international plan pricing that turned out to be completely false - Make up a complete lie about being able to pay a small up front fee for unlimited cellular data usage on my trip - Give me a spiel about how if only I had an iPhone I could still talk/text when I had Wifi (i.e. use an Internet messaging/VOIP app...this guy thought this was some magical feature unique to iPhones) This was all a minor inconvenience since I just looked everything up online, but the sheer incompetence displayed was incredible. I cant imagine what would happen if I had gone here for something important or more complicated than providing basic information about the services his company provides.

Gary and the rest of the team were so helpful! He LISTENED! They LISTENED! The process was not rushed and Gary made sure that I was all set before leaving the store. Surprisingly, my Verizon bill is affordable! And the network is poppin!!! I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase... I made it very clear that I wanted to inquire about the price and Gary completely understood. I would like to compliment David for his outstanding service he provided yesterday and the weeks prior. He went above and beyond to make sure my phone was working probably. David, made sure i was a happy customer unlike the terrible service i received at the Waterfront store...customer service was terrible. Moving forward i will recommend friends and family to only go to the location/branch on 5889 Forbes Ave! Thank you David for your services. You ROCK!!!!!

These folks are your Verizon wireless facilitators. David, Andre, Shaq and Frank all helped me pleasantly and effectively at some point in the process of updating my entire wireless existence. (Samsung S7 edge and tablet with the protection plan AND insurance since Im a dropper.) Unflappable and always on duty, they dont make the rules, (Verizon is a separate company) they just explain the rules and help you make educated consumer choices. Thanks guys,

Amazing experience. My brother took my moms dead cell phone to the store and asked the them to activate a new phone I had bought for her online. Not only did they not charge him a cent but the two young guys there spent 40 minutes manually entering all the phone numbers from her old phone into her new phone (14 contacts mostly international). They went well above and beyond so thank you!! Great place with excellent customer service. Thank you again.

Dont waste your time. Terrible customer service that provides you with misinformation of basic verizon products and services. Wanted to charge me $150 for a phone that when I called verizon customer service was told that they could send me for free. Honestly, you get better (and much quicker) service through calling the verizon customer service line. I will never go here again!

I had a great experience at this store. David helped me understand some questions that I had regarding my account and billing. He also helped me find an upgrade for my phone that fit my wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with or considering using Verizon.

This is a great location for a Verizon carrier or if you are interested in switching carriers. The staff are very attentive and help you find exactly what yo u are looking for. The customer service is amazing, the store is very clean and organized. If you need assistance request Andre he will really take care of you! I recommend this location and give it 2 thumbs up!

Great service even though it was close to closing time. Had to wait a bit, but staff thanked me for my patience multiple times which was sweet. Also, had to get my screen protector changed and they didnt charge me since I had been waiting. Great customer service. My visit was on 1/25/17 around 630pm. Cant remember staff persons names, but thank you

I definitely recommend this location to other customers! David (Manager) is very kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He helped me make a good final decision and went out of his way to pick up the two phones I purchased at another location, rather than ordering them. He went above and beyond and I was very pleased with my overall experience!

I do not recommend them to any one. Their customer service is awful. They lied to me to get me sign up for their product. After they charged my credit card, they said sorry we did not know there was an extra fee for the service! When I asked them to cancel the service because of the extra fee. They said we cannot, you must call Verizon yourself.
