Id also rate them a 0 if I could. I never write reviews but this place was so bad I feel I have to! First off, Im 90% sure those 5 star ratings they have on this post are from someone who owns it or a family member of someone who owns it, Ive never heard anyone say they had a good experience there. Secondly, I spend $144 dollars on a screen there for my iPhone 6 Plus. It worked for about a day, then the touch screen completely stops working. I bring it back to see if they could put another one on, because obviously they did something wrong and they told me that they wouldnt do it because it was working when I left. I come home, and a week later the front of my screen is literally coming apart, I can see where they glued it on, it looks like it was done by a child. Im going to be completely honest with you, you have a better chance buying a kit yourself, buying a new screen and then replacing it, before you ever take it here. And thats just their screens. They are completely unprofessional! All of there materials are fake and I will NEVER return!

My experience was terrible!!! My phone had a cracked screen.. I took the phone there April 4 2016 for repairs and when I finally get the phone back after about a month the phone is worse than before.. I paid $180.00!! They are idiots!!The camera is broken and the screen is not on right.. Dont waste your money or time.. These guys are terrible.. I talked to other vendors in the mall and he has heard a lot of complaints about them!!! Trash they know nothing.. I rate them a 0 but I had to give at least 1 star to leave a comment!!

Do not buy from this store. They are dishonest and deceitful. My son saw a name brand phone case he wanted to purchase as a gift. He asked the price and told them he wanted one. They got one from behind the counter, bagged it, and he paid. When he opened the bag, he saw that they had given him a knock-off version of the phone case he wanted, for the same price. When he went back to complain, they just yelled “no refunds!” and would not exchange the product.

I am from winston salem nc i stop in when i was in greensboro, had a lot to pick from but i wanted to get a phone 6,7 size, i called today to see if my phone was in to get, holy crap must have closed down?? now sure due to there store phone line is a non working time/w cable phone that is closed and non working,

I took my phone to apple for repair and after diagnostic Apple told me phone is water damaged and couldnt revive I went to Cellural solutions they fix it same day with same phone imei no mother board swapping with very reasonable price thank you .

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I would give them negative stars if possible. Extremely cheap material, bad laborers. Avoid this place. My screen has blemishes and its coming apart from my the actual phone. Never go here, you will regret it.

Left my iPhone with Camera broken and the Call speaker broken paid 180$... Dont waste your time and cash here. Go to Apple instead
