I went in this store with my mom who desperately needed a new phone. She already had DirectTV, so we wanted to take advantage of the deal they had with getting a free iPhone 7 for being a DirectTV customer after their merger. My mom really wanted the iPhone 7+, and the agent at the store said it was no problem, she just would pay the additionaly difference monthly (i.e. $6-7/month). They didnt have the phone in stock, but we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes.

I dread going to carrier stores, but this one was quite painless. The salesman recognized that I knew what I wanted and helped me find it instead of pushing things on me I dont need. Id go back just to get help from that guy.

Don the GM couldnt be a nicer guy. Cameron helped us get into new phones. The first bill is a little screwy because they charge you a month in advance. Dont speak to the assistant Lisa she is rude and obnoxious.

Manager seemed concerned about my waiting experience, reminding me of my place in the queue as each customer before me was served. The people I met there were nice and personable; good conversations.
