UPDATE: I not only visited the store to complain about this issue and point out the policy on what account managers can and cannot do, but I posted on the Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC general Facebook page. They followed up by requesting my contact information. The District Manager contacted me couple days later and recognized what happened was completely against policy, gave me a refund on the restocking fee, assured the new line and all fees were removed from my account, and assured that the store would receive training on this issue so it wont happen again. District Manager, Josh, was amazing. He was very courteous and understanding. I hope to give them my business in the future. 4 stars only because my indirect exchange with the manager was less than desirable, but I am very pleased with how everything turned out. My husband went in to this Verizon store to trade in his phone. Since it is my Verizon account, he didnt have the PIN. So they changed the PIN without my permission, then proceeded to sell him on a "$300" tablet for $10/month on our data plan for a two-year contract and put it under MY name. They failed to tell him about the $40 activation fee. When he went to return it within the 14-days, they charged a $75 restocking fee. Seriously, isnt it illegal to not get permission from the account owner to add a line? These people will do anything to hit their sales...

If I could give this craphole 0 stars, I would. Dont waste your time- go to a corporate store (closest are Century 3 and Waterfront). Not only did they try repeatedly to swindle me into an iPad and car system (which I said 5 times I did not want or need), they were also dishonest about my plan upgrade. It is Verizon corporate policy to upgrade within 7 days of plan expiration. This store will tell you 14 days which is not true. They only way for it to be true is to take advantage of a special promo, but those dont apply to damaged phones. And knowing that my phone was damaged, they tried to screw me into paying extra fees (fees issued by corporate, not the store) for the damaged trade-in (which they did NOT mention, I found that out by calling corporate because I was so angry after leaving this store). Had I not been wise enough to double check with corporate, I would have upgrade 14 days before my renewal, traded in my damaged phone for a new one issued by this store, then been hit with a $299 damage fee from corporate when they received my old phone. This is a third-party retailer- they sell, sell, sell and arent obligated to tell you the details that corporate is. Beware!

Worst experience ever with buying a cell phone, This company will lie to you to sell you anything and everything. I went there to purchase a new galaxy on device payment plan and was unaware that they charge more money for the devices than corporate or online does. I was not informed that they put insurance on my line, the manager was extremely rude to me because I would not buy Verizon Hum that day, he was very persistent and kept asking if I wanted It and I kept saying no to the manager. After all of the aggravation and paying more for a phone than I should have, I am no longer a Verizon customer. Would not recommend this company to anyone to shop at, stay shopping at corporate locations or online, better pricing and they dont lie to make a sale.

I have been there 2 days in a row and Paul has helped me both days. I was giving a 6 foot lightning charger in a cell helmet case but it wasnt a cell helmet charger. We think an old employee from a different location switched the charger but Paul is working to get this resolved for us. He helped me find all the accessories I needed and seem very knowledgeable and dedicated to making his customers happy. I highly recommend seeing him for all your needs.

We went in to get a new phone for my wife. Jon was EXCELLENT and provided AWESOME customer service! With all his help, incentives and what we qualified for, I ended up getting a new phone as well. Jon was able to work us a deal where we both got new Samsung tablet worked into our plan for a price that was very reasonable. I highly recommend Jon and the Verizon Brentwood store, you will receive the best deal and awesome customer service!

I came to Verizon today to switch my current plan from 2 gigabytes to the unlimited plan. The representative there, Paul assited me with that, broke down everything about what I am paying for, and not only that he helped partner with Customer Care to see if there was any way they can help when it came to the bill. I would rate my experience today with Paul as excellent and I will continue to be a Verizon customer because of this!

Shady. Even though this store looks nice it is still just a shady dealer. They are not a corporate location. They will not only let a non account holder renew a contract but also trick that person into paying full price for a phone. These scumbags will do whatever it takes to get a renewal, including lie. I would suggest going elsewhere, such as a corporate store.

I had been putting off getting a new phone, but finally had to take the plunge. When I went in the store and started working with Jana, all of my hesitation went away. She made the process so flawless that I am sorry I waited so long. I will gladly recommend everyone to this store and would recommend Jana to everybody!!!

Over priced, waited to buy a wireless speaker after the guy told me it would be about$120, best buy has the same for$140, then come my turn half hour later.... Its $179. Before tax. Left it there, wont be back.
