I bought a Bluetooth Headset from this store and was told I could not return them because its a headsets, this was 1 hour later... I looked at the receipt and seen that at&t got a 7 to 14 day return policy written on the receipt. I also contacted Samsung and they advised me that the at&t store has to accept the return either way... Then I called the store back and advised them what Samgsung said. They told me I have to go to a corporate store. I then went to the Mcknight store and they said they do accept returns within the time frame, but not these headsets because they dont sell them anymore. They called this store back and the lady argued with me about returning the headset again, which then I read the receipt to the lady and explained that if you dont want things returned then dont have receipts saying you can... They finally accepted the return and I was able to get my money back. Either way, I wont be going to this store anymore for sure. They have different rules then the corporate stores and you dont want to do the same things I had to do to return something. Just drive to Mcknight... much better store.
