This store is absolutely awful. The lie and try to make as much money off of you as possible. After telling me I had to leave my family plan that I have had for over 5 years, and set up an iphone 3 to use under a new plan. I discovered that the data was NOT working. They told me that this wasnt ever going to work and that they are NOT liable for my problems with the phone. This si just minimal compared to all the other issues regarding my husbands brand new phone not being worth anything to them and that he can not be on a plan with me unless he pays for a new phone and just so much more bologna. The manger even came out and wasnt helpful. I contacted Brookline Blvd. CRICKET and they fixed my issue within seconds! These people are outrageous!!!! Save your money and RUN!!!

Ive been buying phones from here for awhile. today i went in and to look at phones and the lady was very rude. she was all impatient with me. then i asked if i could get my phone flashed. i gave her my info and for the last 5 years my phone has been in my dads name with i found out today, so she refused to give me a new phone and said that the new ones were on a new network and mine would eventually go bad. FIRST OF ALL WHY WASNT I MADE AWARE OF THIS! she also refused to let me open an account under my name. The way she handled the situation and her tone and attitude were very poor. Ive worked in customer service for awhile now and if I handled things like she did i would already have been fired. Anyways you have lost yet another customer and im spreading the word!!!

This is the most efficient Cricket Store I have used. This store can get pretty busy, but typically they have enough staff on hand to keep the flow moving. Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Anytime I have had trouble with my account/phone or a question theyve explained to me the problem and if they could they have fixed it. They have an ATM in the lobby and a computer for those customers visiting to simply pay their bill. There is a touch-screen computer you sign into upon arriving to save your spot in line. The employees are knowledgable and do a wonderful job.

Only writing this feedback due to reading a few very incorrect reviews below. I hate cricket service which never works but onto why im here..Those folk blaming sales people for Cricket changing to GSM & those people needing unlocked/new or an AT&T phone to continue service. Sales reps are knowledgeable, helpful the most friendliest reps Ive come across
