Let me start off by listing whats good about this store: Its clean. Thats it. Now the bad. Buckle up, its gonna be a long ride. Sales Staff. The salesman that work at this store are some of the greasiest salesman around (2nd only to car salesmen). Their mission is simple, try to get you to buy / subscribe to as much useless crap as possible and make you think you got a good deal. I recently went in to buy 2 new phones on the monthly installment plan, all good, our 2 year contract was up and we needed new phones. The salesman then tried to bundle a bunch of crap that was gonna cost around $400 (I checked with Amazon and it was gonna cost a fraction of that so I opted to not get all these accessories through this verizon store). Only thing I got were screen protectors. The salesman informed me they had a tablet on sale as part of a promotion. A $300 tablet on sale for $80. OK I thought, it was a nice tablet at a great price. Ill take it. After asking questions upon questions about the tablet and about hidden costs I was under the impression that I was getting a tablet for $80 and thats it. What the salesman did NOT inform me of was that this tablet came with an additional phone line (that I did not need) at an extra $10 a month and I was locked into a 2 year contract with this thing, there was NO mention of a contract at all when we were talking about the tablet. 2 years at $10 a month = $240 on top of the $80 I paid means in 2 years that tablet would have cost me more than the MSRP. I went back to the store to have the line removed, they game me some spiel about how I got a great deal and they cant do anything about it, so I opted to call the customer service line at their main headquarters and they informed me they were gonna make a note in my account, to take the tablet back and my restocking fee ($35) would be waived since I was sold this tablet dishonestly. Get to the store, my restocking fee was not waived and that really friendly happy buddy buddy salesman who was BFFS with me when trying to sell me things acted like we were enemies when he realized he wasnt gonna make another sale and that I was returning things. Called the customer service line and got my $35 restocking fee credited to my account. Accessories Long story short DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES from the Verizon store. They are way overpriced. Im talking anywhere from 3x - 4x more than you will pay anywhere else (i.e. Amazon). The greasy sales staff wanted to sell me two wireless chargers (for the Galaxy Note 5) at $69.99 each and claimed "you gettin a deal man, Ill even bring it down to $59.99 each". Great.............except I looked and saw Amazon had them for around $22.00 each with free prime shipping. Fail. Then it was on to a car cigarette lighter charger they wanted to sell me for $24.99 each. BUZZZZZZZ, I already own like 3 of those and they work fine, got mine on amazon for like $7. Long story short, NEVER BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THE VERIZON STORE. Sales Staff Turnover I regularly, over the past few years, frequent other stores in the Mall adjacent to the Verizon Store and notice continual turnover of the sales staff. My guess is they dont meet their greasy sales quotas, get fired, and replace them with new greasy salesman. Hence their aggressive and dishonest sales methods. Sell sell sell or get fired. I understand meeting quotas is part of the whole sales industry but not at the expense of being dishonest. Next time Im due for a phone upgrade, I may just go through the website and skip the store altogether.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They are greasy and mean. Ive never been treated this badly before by anyone. They screwed me so hard. Didnt inform on hidden charges or explain what I was paying for. They also brought out phone cases and I said "I didnt need one" because I could get one cheaper on Amazon. But he said it was included. Turns out that I was charged 80$ or it and a car charger I didnt ask for. I had to call customer service and had them explain to me charges. I went into Verizon today to ask questions on my first payment and why I was being charged again because I was never given a receipt and I was concerned and the lady explained the details and said I could return the case and charger and get back my 80$. So I went home and decided that I didnt want to be apart of Verizon for not informing me and I was quite sad because I loved the phone. So I went back home packages everything and went back in and firmly explained to them my situation and why I no longer want to be apart of them and that they fu**** me over. I wasnt threatening in anyway when I said this. I am a 5ft tall female. I was talking in my normal voice but they acted like I was threatening them and that I was in the wrong and it made me feel even worse. The General manager rudely said well you can return the case and charger but not the screen procecter because that protects the classand then I said I want to return everything for not being informed about charges and I just didnt want to deal with it. They continued to be very rude with me while I waited for the refund. And at the end he asked if I was given the screen procecter and i stepped forward to look at the boxes to see and I said I no I do- and he threw up his hands at me and told me calm down. Ive never ever been treated like this in my life and I felt very attacked. I am beyond disbelief. I am calling human resources and explaining it there as well.

Salesmen are discurteous, unhelpful. But the main problem is the Verizon company. My phone just got out of the contract period and just stopped working (Hardware is all fine). It just looks like verizon switched it off by software control and now they want to sell me a new phone. The only phone on display without mail-in rebate is of course out of stock. FCC and our government is sleeping on the swich by letting these companies milk the cunsumers. So many perfectly good phones have to go to the dumpster to feed Verizons greed. Our Goverment is creating pollution by letting these corporations get away with this.

Tylor was the most amazing sales representative! He took the time to help my husband and I pick out the perfect new phones. Wasnt high pressure at all, knew his stock well and knew the best bundle options! I brought my 83 year old mother with me a week later to buy her a tablet and smart phone. He suggested the perfect phone to help her transition from her ancient flip phone to a easy to use smart phone. He was very patient with my mother and understanding of her many questions. Tylor ... You were just FABULOUS!

Its always a long process and the employees lie to con you into buying products. Cancelling my service.
