Had an issue with my phone that wouldnt be covered under warranty from the manufacturer. My phone is 9 days old... Its a long story. After several hours on the phone between Verizon and the manufacturer, I went to the store on James Island. I got with Craig Stokes, he immediately recognized that I was at the end of my rope and instead of dragging me through a lot of different channels, did what he had to do to get me a new phone. He was professional, courteous and most of all he took initiative and made it happen. I have a high amount of respect for the way he handled my situation. I also want to thank the store at Northwoods Mall for helping to finalize the issue today. Mr. Meyer, you have a fine staff working for you, thank you for taking the time to help me. Verizon customer for life. Thanks!

Kudos to John Goodwin, at the Verizon store on Folly Road, in Charleston...Hes the MAN! Ive been having trouble with my Samsung Galaxy S4 ever since it downloaded the Lolipop upgrade...Ive spent hours at Verizon stores and on the phone with Verizon and Samsung. Last week, I visited the Verizon store, in Clinton, NJ. The young lady there gave up and ordered me a replacement phone. It came, via FedEx, the next day...just as we were leaving for our home, in Charleston, on James Island. I was really dreading all the aggravation associated with switching phones. But, incredibly enough, John Goodwin...who spent quite a bit of time with me and my phone, was able to fix it... The replacement phone was sent back today. Thank you, John...Youre the best! Worst Customer Service of all Verizon locations across the country. If there was a Zero Star rating, that would be too good. They ignore customers, chew food while speaking to customers, talk down to adults as if they are too good to wait on older customers (Ive a Ph.D. in computer engineering.) Simply rude. I have been there and left before my turn came up- even though they were fully staffed and few customers at times- the staff prefer to be idle when not confusing customers with techno-overload to psych out extraneous sales. I now buy my Verizon cell phone units unlocked from 2nd parties online, which ends the contract (actually cell phone unit rental) and reduces my Verizon bill in half whilst keeping all excellent Verizon my services. Shame on them!

I have been with Alltel then Verizon forever. When I need any help or info for my iphone I drive from west Ashley to the James Is. Verizon store for help , Shane Landrum is just fabulous. He is very patient with teaching me and helping me with problems. This man is so knowledgable and informed about everything to do with this iphone, Verizon services and how to treat and please a customer. Thank you for having an employee such as Shane. This store has a calm environment and a place to sit down and discuss business unlike the West Ashley store. I will always use the Folly Rd Verizon Store thanks to Shane.Sincerely, Ann Tinley

The sales rep blatantly lied to us to get us to add a user onto our account and upgrade to smart phone service. He stated our existing service would only increase $10 per month, and it would cost $40 for the new line... he outright LIED TO US and our bill nearly TRIPLED. He stated there would be no upgrade fee AND totally LIED OUT OF HIS BEHIND. Totally disgusted with these people. NEVER EVER TRUST THE SALESMEN IN THE VERIZON STORE, they are just trying to make commission and will lie, cheat and steal to make a buck. Im horrified. The sales rep who "helped" us was Chad.

After putting off the dreaded visit to get a new phone, for about 7 months! I could not have been more happy and excited after visiting the store on Folly Road today. AJ greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we entered and helped us with every question that we had, shared lots of great tips on using our phones and set up the very cool touch id feature. This is my very first iPhone and I could not be happier. Thank you AJ for making this transition so fun and easy! The store itself was very clean, spacious, and calm, best phone purchasing experience ever!

Completely terrible service. Every employee in this franchised store needs to be fired! Extremely rude. They make you feel like you know nothing and insult you. Yet they have to call out to tech support and tech support asks to talk to you. They have to look how to troubleshoot instead of knowing how to troubleshoot. Nothing about their customer service is customer service oriented. My advise. Go to a REAL Verizon store where the tech support is in the building and they know how to help you instead of insult you

My husband and I recently switched from T Mobile to Verizon and couldnt be more pleased. The staff at the Verizon store went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We had many phone options to choose from and they were patient answering all of our questions and leading us to the best plan to fit our needs. The staff continues to this day to provide excellent service anytime we have a need. Highly recommend not only Verizon but the Folly road office in particular!

Great store, excellent costumer service! While I was waiting I noticed every person who walked into the door were greeted immediately and assured that they would be helped momentarily if all associates were assisting someone at the time. Sales rep John was very patient and willing to answer any and all questions I had about the phone and the plan that I was signing up for. I never once felt pressured to purchase more than I needed. Thanks! I will be recommending this store!

Just left the Version store on FOLLY ROAD and was so impressed with working with Sam I wanted to make sure that everyone knew during this busy time of the year what excellent service I received. Ive had so much difficulty with this insurance company and Sam has made the insurance claim very easy to handle. To top it off he has lowered my bill $100 a month! Hats off to this GREAT store and Sam that I have had great experiences every time I have been here!

If you want an iPhone, please go directly to the Apple store. Verizon does NOT carry Applecare insurance. They will sell you their own insurance and tell you that if you break or lose your phone that theyll replace it. No problem. And they will....for a $199 deductible. Do you think we would have bought their insurance if we were told about this? I think NOT! Just go to the source. The Apple store and youll be a lot happier.

We had a wonderful experience with Chuck this morning (10/11/15). He was patient, informative, and genuinely interested in meeting our needs. My son and I needed upgrades, had numerous questions, and decisions to make. Chuck was excellent and never seemed rushed or inconvenienced. Amazing! Simply Amazing! Best service and customer service that i have EVER experienced! Everyone in the store looked and smelled great! It was an overall wonderful experience! Im shocked to see that people feel negatively about this store and these people! Try going to the West Ashley one! Rude and only want your money! At least this Verizon on Folly displays honesty and help! Cheers to them!
