Wow really dont understand why this store has four stars. Not only was i waiting for an hour at this store until someone finally helped me, but i was rudely told that they couldnt do a simple step like programming a phone because the person was rushing to go home. I have been treated like that in several establishments, but this one takes the cake! Shame on whoever is the manager at this store, letting employees treat us customers like were bothering them. This happened today (8/10/2011) at 7:20 pm

If could give them less of a rating....I would!!!! The james island location has incompetent employees! Especially Ramona G. !!! My wife had to purchase a new phone due to water damage. She not only charged my wife but also debited my auto-pay!!!! And forced her to purchase Insurance ...Which she DID NOT need to purchase. !!!!! Its a freekin $70 dollar phone for Christs sake....No one will answer the phone at their location......Hmmmm Imagine that!!!!!

This store sucks. The guy with the tattoos is a real jerk. He is rude and does not want to help anyone. I wont shop here anymore. Ill drive to West Ashley for real service. Luckily the guy with the tattoos is not here anymore.
