Jeff ,you must be one of the owners of this rip off franchise to give your review .These guys are absolutely thiefs . Everything they do is contrary to Verizon policy . I have been a Verizon subscriber for over 25 years and I will be voicing my concerns to cooperate . If I had been there today when a member of my family was absolutely ripped off the police would have been called and you would be before the local magistrate ........ This buissnes has no place in our community .

Ok, so first, this store looks like garbage - 2 people sitting at a desk - they wont get up to help you, they charge $3 to take your bill, they have the phones $50 more than what it costs down the street in Allison Park and Seven Fields and their zero accessory options. They only want to help you if your buying something. Ill keep going back to Allison Park - bigger store, more people who want to help, lots of accessories and pricing that is the same as online.

I was in on 3-21-17. Justin, the manger was very eager to help and very friendly! However, nothing transferred over and not happy with my first experience with Verizon. Im already back to Sprint. I let Justin know and I was told to come after work and everything would be reversed on 3-22-17 . then I Recieced a bill via email on 3-22-17. NOT HAPPY

Best Verizon store in the area! Under new management it is a huge difference from before. They have better prices than Allison Park and more accessories. The staff is great and extremely helpful. Your missing out if you dont visit this store!!!!

Went to the store for the first time in almost a year. My last experience with the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I was very surprised to find a new manager and staff. Brad was very helpful and made me a customer again.

I just went in there yesterday and they have all new staff! They were so friend and helpful. There was a ton of new accessories. He process of getting a new phone was the quickest and easiest ever. I wont go anywhere else anymore!!!
