Worst experience ever. Cale is horribly unprofessional (in both appearance and behavior) and downright rude. I simply wanted my number transferred from my old phone to my new. Since a satisfied customer wasnt enough for his commission, he tried to sell me things; a new phone (even though I brought a new phone with me that I had purchased online), questioned why I bought said phone and then proceeded to belittle my decision; a tablet, which he claimed was free; and asked me repeatedly what I plan on doing with my old phone because I could sell it back to Verizon for $45. I explained several times I plan on keeping it as a backup. He transferred my data (something I never asked him to do) charged me for it, and then proceeded to argue with me when I called him out on doing this. He charged me over $80 to transfer my number. When I started to question the charges, thats when he got even more rude and disrespectful. I refused to pay, had him transfer my number back and left. I went to Best Buy where they transferred my number for free and were extremely helpful and polite. I will never go to a Verizon store again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone here is really unprofessional and they clearly know nothing about customer service. The way I was talked to and treated was completely unacceptable. I ordered a phone online because I had an upgrade and I paid the money. Whenever the phone was delivered to the store I was not able to activate it because of a screw up on their end. I have been trying to get my money refunded for the last week, and since then the company still hasnt refunded my money and they dont seem concerned one bit about it. As far as Im concerned they committed fraud and I will be contacting the police about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If anyone needs help or service go to the corporate office in Cranberry on route 19. They were able to get me a new phone and activated that day they also had wonderful customer service. The small Verizon shops in the area are not corporate owned therefore I would not recommend going there they can never fix any issues. The owner of the store should be ashamed of his business and his employees.

OUTSTANDING! I cannot speak highly enough of this place! Associates Paige, Tony and Zach were phenomenal! I was in last night trying to upgrade my dads cell phone a bit early (28 days early) because the battery basically stopped working. Although VERIZON was not accommodating to my situation and ultimately denied my early upgrade, it wasnt due to lack of trying! These three associates really gave it their all and made multiple phone calls to Verizon over the course of about 2 hours trying every option possible to send me home with a phone. They are kind, courteous and extremely friendly. They are low-pressure but high energy. I had no intention on upgrading to a new tablet but they had me so exited over using a tablet again (I stopped using my LG G Pad a few months ago) that I ended up upgrading my husbands and mine!! Seriously, these folks are the REAL DEAL and if you want excellent products and AMAZING customer service, this is the place to go. This is my third visit to this TCC location and they have yet to disappoint!!! ***TCC MARS ROCKS!!***

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldnt recommend anyone go to this store. My first negative experience occurred on Saturday (7/8) with John. After confusion occurred with my brand new phone, I had to go back today (7/12) where the service managed to get worse. Ive never been talked to so poorly as I was by the manager, Tom. Im not a tech guru but that doesnt mean I should be treated how I was by this store. WIth conflicting deals from each sales person, a total phone mishap and 5 hours of wasted time I can assure you myself, nor my family will be visiting this location again.

Tom was persistent in resolving my problem. I ended up with a problem with my service by transferring from Verizon to Consumer Cellular which was a HUGE mistake. They misrepresented their equipment being compatible with Verizons. As I turned off Cellular I kind of got stuck in a "half port over" and ended up with my phone being able to make calls but not receive. Tom was patient, and persistent and made necessary calls to the necessary Verizon centers and the team got it fixed. My next phone will be purchased here.

The sales associate named Cale tried to charge my wife $70 to transfer her number to a new phone. He constantly tried to get her to buy a different phone after she already purchased one from best buy online. He wasted everybodys time in the end we had him undo everything. She went back to best buy and had her new phone activated for free. And the phone was 1/4 the cost of the phones they are selling in this store. I will never do business with this retailer or Verizon in general again!

THEY NOW HAVE A NEW MANAGER! I was nervous to go in after reading some of these reviews. SO as I walked in I was instantly greeted by the new store manager who looks the part. I had a problem with my phone and didnt feel like I was forced to do anything at all. I switched to the new unlimited plan and was able to save 30 dollars a month due to not getting charged overages. I recommend everyone giving the store another chance if youve had a bad experience before.

Great experience. Very helpful. Tom, the manager of the store, saved me money! I usually am confused about the insurance policies when I am trying to buy a new phone, but he put it in terms that made sense to me. He went through all the different possibilities that I could take, and then let me choose which one worked best for me. I would definitely recommend this store.

Ive had some long long waits to only be treated like a number and when I dont want to buy $200 worth of accessories and add $100 of data to my monthly plan - get treated like crap from the store on route 19... going to this location was awesome... i walked in, was helped getting done what I needed done.. I loved them and plan to only do my business with this locaiton!

We have stopped here for several activation and new phones and always had a great experience - the staff care about the best options for each person/family and are careful to explain the options and fees. The support they provide to the Make a Wish Project is a great way to do good in the local community

The new management is fantastic. I had a very positive experience. Tom, the manager was so helpful and sincere. I got exactly what I needed, and got it in a timely way. Great to be able to come to the Mars store and have all my phone needs met.

I have bought all my phones from this store. The new manager was very helpful and saved me money on my Verizon bill which is very much appreciated. We will always keep our Verizon wireless account, and will continue to bring our business here!!

Tom was very helpful when deciding whether to get a new phone or keep the old one. He reassured me that all my very important info would transfer over. He even found me my Postman bell through an app. Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly
