I went to the T Mobile dealership on Folly Road on Sept 24, 2015 to start a new phone contract and purchase a handset. After 12 years with Verizon, I had grown frustrated with contract phones, and I had spent the last three years with prepaid phones to avoid contracts. I was met by an associate, Brillyance, who was very knowledgeable and friendly without over selling or being pushy. I told her what I wanted in a phone and contract, and she made it happen. I left with a Samsung Galaxy 6S and a Lifeproof case and a truly unlimited voice, text, and data plan. So far I am very happy with the price and the phone. I strongly recommend Brillyance and the staff at the T Mobile on Folly Road. Great phones, great prices, no contracts, and great service. Try it.

Horrible service. If you want to do any business with T mobile you should call customer service. Do not go in to the store. They will take advantage of you in every way they can.
