I went in to the store on a Sunday afternoon not realizing the store was already supposed to be closed. Jon, the tech consultant was dealing with another customer and hadnt locked the door. When I realized the hours, after the other customers left, Jon was more than willing to stick around later and assist me with an upgrade. Even after I said Id come back another day, he was persistent in saying it was not a problem and he was happy to help. Jon didnt sway in providing excellent customer service as he showed me different options and was patient as I decided. He set up my phone and even went so far as to call me after I had left when he realized we hadnt done a test call. He went above and beyond what was expected and as a result I will definitely continue to go to the store for assistance and products.

Lost my phone......due for an upgrade anyways so I stopped in to pre-order the S8. Cale greeted me and we discussed my options, and he even made some few very helpful suggestions which I appreciated very much. He wrote everything down for me, set up an older phone to use temporarily and spent a lot of time making sure everything was working correctly. Pricing was in line to the expertise I was needing. The courteous and professional service I received has ensured that this is the location that I will always visit, even though others are closer to where I live. If you go to a anywhere else but a Verizon store you get what you pay for, in my opinion. Also, a pic of the back door of the store is not very flattering.....just saying....

After 3 months, my 80+ yo mother is finally able to use her new phone. Not because this store did right by her but because I flew in from California to configure the phone for her needs and teach her to use it. This store over sold her, did not make the return policy clear to her, the was dismissive on the 3 visits she made to get support from store personnel. And that was the best of it. It seems they were more interested in making a sales quota than pleasing a customer. Sales and support were shameful.

Cale was very helpful helping me transfer all my data from one iPhone to my new iPhone from my Asurion claim when I didnt come in to buy anything. He is a very knowledgeable and would recommend him to all my Verizon friends! It is people like this that make for such a great experience when visiting a Verizon store!!! A+++!!!
