Horrible experience came in to jump my wifes phone at first no one would help me than after 10 mins of standing there the lady rep told me to give her the phone after a couple mins they told me the phone wont turn on that they cant help me i ask to speak to a manager he told me to leave to go to another store that they will not help great customer service this store has not only they were rude to me but to my pregnant wife lucky i went to another tmobile and i was in and out with my new phone in 30 mins ......dont go to this T-Mobile they dont know what they are doing

This place has the best customer service team in South Florida , they remind me New York where businesses welcome you , they make you feel at home and they dont make you waste time . Less then a mile from where l work there is a T-Mobile store ( Aventura) l mistakenly went there once , l dont plan on going there again. This address at 126 US 1 is about 20 miles from where l live now , this is the place l will always do business.

Misleading staff who will tell you anything to get their sales. The sales rep who lied to me about the scope of my jump plan, laughed when I asked for his manager. Once I spoke to the manager on staff, things didnt get any better. Retail Assistant manager Adam does not account for his sales associates actions. The entire staff acts with impunity.

I came into the T-Mobile store experiencing some cellular issues. At first I was frustrated by the inconvenience, but my issues were quickly solved by sales associate Giovanni. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to finding a solution to my problem. I will be returning here again due to the excellent customer service. Thanks!

This is by far the worse T-Mobile store I ever been in the first time they took I Gave them the benefit of the doubt...but today was my 3rd visit..all I wanted to do was load money on the card waited 30 min so I walked out along with 2 other customers..never ever go to T-Mobile on Biscayne and 79th st

Customer service is a joke, gave attitude to me and my girlfriend, over a mistake that t-mobile made. Then went Im to jump and didnt want to transfer data from a jump. The employees working on 4/2/15 before closing are a joke. Not satisfied.
